F-22 менее заметный чем Т-50 для тепловых ракет, F-22 отлично показал себя в Афганистане (еще бы там же ПВО нет как и авиации), F-22 умеет взаимодействовать с другой авиацией и передавать и получать координаты целей (со слов пендосов).

Что касается Т-50, он изначально создавался как лучший истребитель и в этом сомневаться на 2012год смысла нет ибо его просто не приняли на вооружение.

Actually, the PAK-FA should be passing the next test (and the most important one) in the next few years... the economy test (yes, that one that F-22 failed so badly). Rememeber, as Tucidicles said "war is more a money affair that a weapons one". Sure, i know that US have much more money than Russia, but the F-22 is so expensive that... well... with only 87 flying nightmares no one can do much indeed.

@oldguitardude The plane looks amazing but the swift wing design is not suitable for high speed. US already have this prototype swift wing design 25yrs. with the X-29. The swift wing design tends to break itself on high speeds even with the strongest metal alloys we have today.

Unless Russians have figureout to make a much stronger alloys. We will findout soon I guess once the SU-T 50 is in production. Until then it's just another prototype.

Here's my 'two cent's' the US is years ahead of any other country in terms of fighter jet technology. The Russians were probably ahead up until the end of the Cold War - now they're not, they're not a world power anymore. I hasten to add that their technology is probably the second best in the world.
