The closest you'll get is a hybrid wolf. Where they breed a wolf with a domestic dog.

It's most common to find them bred with siberian huskies. But you can also find them mixed with german shepherds, malamutes, etc

I love wolves, but I also love moose and caribou and realize in Alaska (where wolves are FAR from endangered, like in Yellowstone) we need to control them before they have adverse affects on other animal populations. It's a delicate balance.

I dont think that is true, so let me tell you why I think that humans are not the most evil and dangerous creature on the face of the earth. First of all, humans have not harmed the planet out of evilness. It is because we are too successful as a species. Our inventions and need to sustain the large population that comes with any species that proves too adaptable is what caused this mess, not our personalities.

We did not say "Hehe, let's destroy the earth because we want everything and are super greedy and evil!" We were simply trying to improve the standard of living (i.e. the invention of cars to get us places) and spreading out in response to a booming population growth. Most importantly, we've recognized the problem and are trying to fix it. That sounds like a good quality to me.

For instance, although we hunted the grey wolves almost to extinction in North America, we are also the ones who cared enough to save them. If wolves were making caribou go extinct, they wouldn't even try to save them. Meanwhile we have all kinds of national parks and government protection programs to save endangered plants and animals. In addition, who's to say that if another species of animal were given our intelligence instead of us, that they wouldn't be in a similar predicament?

If humans were just another animal and wolves were smart and in turn successful, they would probably harm the environment too, and have the save problems as us. It's the intelligence that leads to success, not the morality, and that's why I believe that any other smart animal would build things that harm the planet and overpopulate like we have. Another point to take into consideration is the dynamic possibilities of human nature, while animals have static natures.

I always hear misanthropists saying something akin to "Animals don,t destroy the environment (yes they do) start wars (wars are just animals fighting on larger scale), or murder (yes they do) like humans!" As you can see, bad things human do are also done by animals. But do animals build hospitals? Do animals give presents from the heart to others?

Will animals risk their life to save others like firefighters do (did you know that a mother wolf will not fight to the death to protect her pups; if she's in danger of dying she'll leave them to be killed)? Do animals even care about anyone besides themselves? What I mean by this is that a bear will only care about itself, all other animals are food or competition. I a fellow bear is drowning in a river, will another bear save it? No, it won't.

Meanwhile some elementary school student in Asia saved several classmates from an earthquake. Humans will even risk it all to save another animal that isn't even of their species. I seen guys on Animal Planet spend hours rescuing a deer, or walking out onto thin ice the save a dog. Animals do sometimes save humans, but it's almost always because they know and like the human (a dog saving his owner). Humans will save about anything, whether they've had a previous relation with the subject or not.

The bottom line here is that although humans can be eviler than animals (though animals are pretty ruthless to begin with, since they're amoral), we can also be much nicer than animals, and often are.
