Thats because airbus a380's brakes are so powerfull that it didn't need any reverse thrusters but F.A.A . was a little worried and asked if they could at least put 2 reverse thrusters.

@Prinsed27 nope, the thrust reservers anre only the 2 inner engines becuase the wings are so wide if the outer engines would reserve it would rip up the grass of the sides

@Facebook3682 thats because on a A380 they only use the reverser on engines 2 and 3 :P
