This video has helped me get through a lot of tough times, especially from 7th-9th grade when these two girls and this boy in my classes would mess with me. They constantly tell me that I was ugly & stupid & because of them I started to actually believe that I was. I would come home every day for two years and play this song as loud as I possibly could and just cry out whatever had happened during the day. There were a few times I considered ending my life but then I'd wonder what TLC would do.

Finally someone who has s good video that actually plays . There are times when I feel this way Im glad tlc made this song for the girls that have low self esteem and are teased and called ugly . This song is so inspirational, I definitely feel better after listening to this.
