How can there be homeless in Rockford? There are plenty of jails for everybody. The only thing Rockford is building is jails. Rockford is a boat anchor tied around the necks of hard working americans. It is a ghetto. A shit hole. They only way to save Rockford is to blow up the whole shit hole. Plow it under and restart after the crack and heroin crooked cops, judges and politicians have all been buried. Forbes rates Rockford #14 of america's most miserable cities. Great achievement!
