Too meshy and too dangerous as it is shown in this film. I agree with ggalluccio that it should be done first with coagulation and then with rigid scope coring out or even with the flexible scope and cryo-debulking.

In my view point, there isn¨t any problem with this method because lipoma is not a bleeding lesion. Incomplete resection is a special consideration in all interventional bronchoscopic procedures.
