  • Hi @Monalisa2005! Where'd you get the 3rd stud (the larger "L" stud) from at 1:40 - 2:28 minutes? If purchased online, can you please post the link? It's very cute and unique! :o)

  • @xnailpolishloverx all my rings and studs are purchased from the piercer or at icing or clairs. you can find them anywhere. :)

  • @Monalisa2005 Hi there, what size is the first one that you took out? When I went to get my nose pierced they did it with a stud the same size as the first one you took out. It's been months since I got it done and I now want to start changing my stud. My mother bought me a new pack of studs, but the gauges were extremely small in comparison to my first one. They fit, but I like the gauge that they pierced me with. And I want to purchase separates. It would be helpful to know the gauge.

  • Hi where did you get that piecing the big l shaped one that started at 1.38 sec on your video ?

  • So I'm looking for a nose ring hoop thing if you look up Kesha, I want one like hers, where it is tight on the nose, where could I get one?? Thanks!!!

  • @loverofasong Its just a smaller gauge and therefor a smaller hoop. You can buy them anywhere

  • @Monalisa2005 I just got one today! It's really tiny. BUT! Since it's tiny (and doesn't have a ball) it kinda takes reshaping, you know - openig the little circle, and then closing it after inserting it. BUT! It's so solid, so har that now that I got it in, I can't get it back to it's original form! Any tip, pleae? :/

  • I was looking at the hoop nose rings, but I got confused when it said 3/8 or 5/16

judging by the photo the 3/8 looked bigger than the 5/16. I want a smaller one, so should I buy the 5/16th one? does the sizing work like gauges? the smaller the number, the bigger & the bigger the number the smaller?

just wanna make sure before I buy it.

  • @QnzkiddGrimeyy I was told it works like gauges but I have never bought any other nose rings so I cant promise you. It's good to consult with your piercer or an available one. But yes thats how the sizes work, like gauges.

  • I just got a hoop but it doesn't look like any of the ones u have and it's really small and doesn't bend and has a ball at one end that doesn't come off. How do I get that one in??

  • @itsgabgab I don't have one of those but my friend does, and she puts it in from inside the nose and pulls it all the way around til the ball hits the inside of the nostril. I'm not even sure if thats how you do it, but it should be able to bend by the way, it's kind of hard but after a few time the metal will loosen up.

  • what gauge size is small silver one that you showed????

  • @solorzanolover000 generic 16 gauge i think

  • Can anyone PLEASE tell me if the L nose rings fall out easily? I have the corkscew type in and I like it but at the very bottom of my nostril you can often see the metal loop, which I hate that people can see it and I can't even feel when it moves so I don't know when it is showing or not. BUT I heard the L kind fall out VERY easily?

  • @LaVa14 i get a lot of them either at Clairs, icing, or my piercer. :)

  • this was very helpful. some nosering designs are just awful. i love hoops though, and hooks.

you are very pretty, by the way!

  • @therabbitprince thank you ^^

  • Why does it hurt so bad when i try puting a hoop ring in :(

  • @martygangsta625 Is the gage too big?

  • @Monalisa2005 No i actually have an 14 gauge stud in my nose and ive had it for about 5 weeks and i cant get an 18 gauge loop ring in like i can get it half way in but then i cant find the hole and it hurts ):

  • @martygangsta625 i would just stick to using 14 gauge hoops and such then. It's much easier.

  • THE ONE WITH 2 balls on the send can you put that in cuz im going to bye one and i want to know if =it is ment $your nose??? please comment soon ty.

  • @MES98MES80 The one with two balls is for a septum which i have, but not a regular nose hoop.

  • OMG THIS HELPED ALOT TO LOOK FARWARD to im getting mine done next week and i was wondering wat ones to use thanks :)

  • @MES98MES80 np ;)

  • i just bought the a hoop that has a fall on one end but the ball doesnt come off? how do i put that kind in?

  • @ToniiiFBabyyy I show how to in the video, just twist from side to side, not back and forth.

  • So the first L is probably the best right...?

  • @SmellofSummerGrass It's entirely up to you actually and how comfortable it is for you.

  • I need help with my nose hoop gauge.. :( Could you do a video on that??

  • @packers890 Well what do you mean?

  • Thank you for the helpful video.

    Awesome piercings btw ^^.

  • I LOVE UR NOSE RINGS!! OMG where'd you get the skull and the one with the curly-Q??? Those were ssooooo cute!!

  • @Taurie20 My friend got them for me a while back, from clairs i think. I lost both of them now. :(

  • i love your nose percings!

:D they are awesome and beautiful :]

  • where did you buy your nose studs/ nose jewelry? :)

  • @amberlovesusomuch i have a 16 gauge so i usually get them at Icing or Clair's. Sometimes at a piercing shop.

  • how do u get the big looking one in do u hav to stretch yor nose???

  • @bobsaggot14sexy No, it's not like that. They are almost the same size.

  • @Monalisa2005 o ok wel i got my nose pierced and i cannot get a spiral one in like i can never find the other end of the hole did u hav the same problem at first like did hav to wait awile befo u cud get another one in

  • @bobsaggot14sexy ya it might be too soon for you if you can't get it. Just think of it like a screw and that you have to start out with the small end and twist it into your nose.

  • I got a nose hoop nose ring n it's the smallest size it can be but it won't fit n I tried stretchin my nose but it's not opening up Wut shood I do????

  • @NishBri ask your piercer to put it in for you, or any piercing shop, they can show you. It's probably the ok size, just at a weird angle and its hard to get it in.

  • I really appreciate this video. How do you get the double stud to stay in? mine don't want to stay down through both ends of the hole. Should I get new ones or is there a better way to make them stay in?

  • @HopefulSingerEmily honestly i dont know, ive never had that problem. Maybe try a new one?

  • @Monalisa2005 Thanks. I decided to buy some more corkscrew ones in the end.

  • so i went and got a baby hoop for my nose and it has a ball that doesn't come off. i don't like it and i try to push the ball inside of my nose and it just slides out. any way i can get it off?

  • @ohdevlin i would just buy one with a detachable ball. Or no ball at all. ^__^

  • @Monalisa2005 oh okay, thanks :D!

  • Lol I still don't get how to put on the hook lol it hurts. I got my nose pierced a week ago and I want to Change it do I have to wait couple weeks like I I had gotten any other piercing (EX. Lip or eyebrow) to heal lol.... Ugh I'm gettin frustrated

  • @Ladygandi45 Ya if you are supposed to wait about two months to change it, and even if it hurts then just wait a bit longer. Or go to a piercing place and have them help you.

  • How do you do a hinged hoop nose ring ? 18g

  • OH MY GOD YOUR AN ANGEL

thankyou so much i have been trying for like 2 hours to get the bitch (hook) in and ive watched other vids before yours and yours helped so much im ever so thankful, i hugged the laptop, im a loser of course , thankyouuuuuuuuuuuu xxxxxx

  • @vbb9 np!!!

  • thanks a lot for explaining the one with the hoop and the ball cuz i bought one and i had no clue how to put it in! lol

  • Okay this is very helpful to newly pierced nasals to what to expect. But the 'hook' is actually called a corkscrew. And the 'hook'...corkscrew one is not meant to gauge. You compared the corkscrew to the L and said the corkscrew is larger because it's meant to gauge. No, you can buy all of those rings in size 18, which is normal nose ring size. If I wasn't educated on what I know, this video could be a bit deceiving. But to clear things up, 18 is normal size and all can be bought that size. (:

  • thanks this vid really helped alot! i was just wondering what are your nose rings made out of? i got my nose done about 10 weeks ago and i have silver nose stud but im scared to use it i've heard rumours that it damages the skin?? is this true? thanks again:)x

  • @magikmusic1 Not unless you're allergic to Silver. Ask you're piercer. I dont think so though.

  • How do u get the ball back in for the one that doesnt have a ball attatched to one end?? I just bought it and its driving me NUTS!!! Thanks :)

  • @wetkisses02 i honestly just sat there for a really long time trying to get it right. Maybe use a magnified mirror when you put it in?

  • I just wanted to say thanks ur video helped alot. I have had my nose pierced since April and have changed it many times but as of this week i was scared to because of the pain but after watching this I was able to take out my stud and put my hoop in.....But I do have a question when will my nose be done healing and is there anything i should be doing to help with the healing??

  • @buddyparker89 I guess just dont touch it too much, same as any other open wound. Keep cleaning it and stuff. That's all i did ;)

  • @Monalisa2005 and I thought I should keep moving it around but thanks for the advice!!

  • @buddyparker89 Ya no prob.

  • the " double stud" is called a nose bone

  • where do you get your nose rings they are so cute

  • ur cute :D Lol and ps u dont have a hairy nose

  • @cornsnake33fan hahaha, thanks. It's ok if i do...it's not unnatural.

  • I really want to get my nose done with the hoop. I'm 16 and I don't really have very many piercings.. In fact, I only have my rook done at the moment. Aaannd I hate needles. Haha. So you can see I am a clear choice to get pierced. Haha

  • @CanadianHickChick I don't mind needles. In fact i used to love getting shots. Ive wanted to know if these things actually hurt me like i thought they would (like when i got my tongue pierced) I never thought my nose piercing hurt ( for maybe a split second and then only after, it's tender) I'm honestly worse with tattoos. :S (btw i hated my tongue piercing, i kept it for a month and then removed it because it wasn't for looks it was for fun. i hated the stupid thing) Choose wisely. :)

  • Hi, okay so i have a hoop nose ring in now & i want to take it off. but I dont know which way to unscrew the ball . can you help me pls.

  • You looklike that mexican chick from fast and the furious >.<

  • when i use the cork screw, it always shows in the inside of my nose and it looks like a booger -.- and the L shaped ones are sooo hard to get in becaues i have a hard time putting it through and bending it. is there different sizes for noserings?

  • @sweetkel1011 ya, for sure just go to a piercing shop and ask them for a smaller size. Or ask them to shorten your cork screw. They can bend it

  • Where did you get all of those hoops at? And what gauge were they? Thanks! :)

  • @beo275 i got them all from my piercer. and i think its a 18 gauge.

  • Thanks I'll try it

  • i need helppppp with my hoop D: its different from yours. and i can't get it in. please help?! >.<

  • sry if this is innopropret but you gots a hairy nose

  • @sasukeismine678 it keeps it warm :)

  • @Monalisa2005 lol

  • did it hurt when u got ur nose pierced

  • @Kaitlin440 no, just after when it got a little sensitive. A few days later or so

  • GREAT VIDEO THANKS

  • great demonstrations....thank you!!! great camera shots & explainations.

newly pierced & was a little confused. :)

  • the first piercing, i have it, but i cant do this piercing in my nose, :S thats difficult.

  • i think my nose healed to a 20, cuz i lost the first one i was pierced with, and i think the one now is 20??? i dont know. soooo can i still put in a 18? The one with a ball at the end, the bone, would it be ok to get an 18 or 20? i know ppl tell me they suck and they hurt going in and out but so many rings are so cute and made like that!!!!

  • @RedNoir if it fits i dont see why not. haha, i cant fit larger sizes in mine. I don't go any smaller because i like my size. I'm actually getting another one to go side by side with it. :D

  • oh god thank you, i actually finally used this haha, my friend couldn't figure out her ring ;p

  • @torymorgan haha, well you are welcome!

  • you have a cute nose ^^

  • @aveitmyson Thanks! XD

  • I have been looking for a nose hoop, what do you recommend? and where could I exactly find it? I have been looking everywhere ! I would like one with no ball, Im not sure what gauge size I am, because I have kept the same stud in since I got my nose pierced like 4 months ago. Great video btw ! Best I have seen.

  • @princesskimmy421 go to the place of your piercer or a place that can order one for you, they will ask for the hoop and know what size you are.

  • @princesskimmy421 If it has a ball u can just rotate it inside your nose and u cant see it. But you can also get a segment close ring instead. You can usually find them at spencers or hottopic at a mall (:

  • which are the best ones to wear so they don't fall out..? Cause i wear the ones that are studs the little ball at the end and it sometimes falls out

  • @zombiegirlfosho probably the corkscrew one, because its the hardest to get out. (it's a little tricky)

  • Comment removed

  • I have a hoop that I don't know how to put in. It's got an end that is similar to the stud kind but a little bigger and a little smaller than the kind you have, but somehow I'm supposed to put it in from the inside part of my nose so that it doesn't fall out. Should I just do like the way you have yours? I'm sorry if this question is confusing, I didn't really understand it myself.

  • @RandaXXPanda im also sort of confused. Im guessing if its small enough to fit into the hole where the hoop slides through then thats whats supposed to be done, if its too big then try flipping it around and putting the smaller side of the hoop in on the other end. which may be harder

  • @Monalisa2005 Thanks. (: I finally got it after a few tries.

  • where did you get ur nose rings/studs from?

  • @twilighteer from my piercer.

  • Comment removed

  • I gotta prob. When i got my nose pierced i got it witha gun so it was thick but i changed it like a week later cuz the diamond came out so i replaced it with a really thin hoop and now my hole shrunk so like is that a problem???

  • @jannhare its not a probem unless you want to put the bigger one back in. Then you have to work your way back up in gauge sizes, which isnt hard. Just try to find out what gauge size you want and ask your piercer to order it.

  • nice nose hair might want to trim that

  • @sasukeismine678 wanna do it for me?

  • @sasukeismine678 lol fag

  • i like your lady bug ring and the skull,..;D

  • OMG! thank you soo much! this vid was a huuuggeee help! thanks! :D

  • heyy can you just leave the ring one in it without the balls because i am afraid of it tearing out. or is there and that are just open?

  • @MCMforever95 you can leave the ball out, im sure theres one without a ball.

  • @MCMforever95 i have one in that doesnt have the ball at the end. you can get them at claires. they're straight and they're meant to bend to your liking, but i just leave it straight and put it in. it doesnt fall out either

  • does anyone know where i can buy a biflex nose ring?

  • tyvm! Very helpful!

  • Thank you so much for this video. I just got my nose pierced about 1 week ago. I was amazed that it didn't hurt when I did it. I think it was like 10 seconds of pain and that was it. Any way I know I have a ways to go yet. But how long do you think it takes to change nose rings or studs ? I heard 2 months, then 6 months confused :( Great video btw!!!

  • @wolfangel0902 The recommended time to wait is 2 months but it depends on how it feels thereafter. I actually did it after about 6 months. then my shirt pulled it out and i had to change it anyway. So try tugging on it after two months and if it hurts too much then wait a while. Hope thats a help!

  • where did u get skull and the swirl?

  • @makeupbymikki either the mall or Sally's hair salon.

  • I have a thick screw in my nose like you do in the beginning of the video and was wondering if I changed it to a thinner post one will my hole shrink to much and not be able to get the thick one in again?

  • @courtneeylynn most likely. Unless you've had it for years it will shrink within days

  • where do you get all your nose rings?

  • @saraandkendall From my piercer or the store "icing" or at sallys beauty sallon.

  • I have a nose hoop that you put in from the inside, its a pain cause you have to try and get it in a hole you cant see, any suggestions?

  • @cindersoot1234 ive actually never heard of it that way but when i first put my new studs and hoops in you just have to feel for it on the other side. Pinch the hole so you can feel it come out the other end.

  • did it hurt when you had it pierced

  • @SuperTyra11 no only afterwards. :)

  • very helpful and BTW you are really beutiful!

  • I was just peircing my nose but I can't get it through the inside... so I quit

  • @brightblondegir maybe get it done professionally?

  • If you can take it in and out easily, then any stud should be fine. It's just all got to do with the amount of pain the stud causes you.

  • Where'd you get the hoop at 4:16, and are there any chance of me getting like a 20 Gauge one?

  • i do everything with my piercer because they know my size and everything. I even bought the hoop from them out of their magazine. Im sure you can get any gauge you want, just talk to your piercer. I think gauges go in reverse numbers so 20 would be smaller than mine.

  • this vid was a huge help, thank you.

  • You are welcome!

  • wow your nose is perfect for piercing. looks great!

  • do you know what size your hoop is? (diameter)

  • all i know is that the woman mumbled "18 gauge"

  • When you change the ring does it feel sore or wierd, or does it just feel like when you put in an earring

  • if its new its gonna be pretty sore. But after that it doesnt feel like much of anything. I constantly am taking mine out and playing with it. I always lose my studs that way

  • what kind did you get when you first got it pierced?

it seems like the ladybug one (nose bone) would fall out....

i heard i shoud get that when i first pierce my nose

  • i got the spiral stud, its the best to stay in place while it heals but the most painful to change when its still new. The ladybug one actually did get lost, i dont have it anymore. Your studs will occasionally also fall out while your asleep.

  • thankyou :)

  • How many mm is your piercing or g?

  • i was estimating around 18. I think thats what the piercer said

  • your hair is beautiful :]

  • ^^ thanks

  • Thank you so much!!

  • you're welcome :)

  • lol in my nose i have the last hoop one you showed and i cant take the ball off lmao i think i'll just go back to the place i got it done and have it changed cause i cant figure it out

  • Thanks for the response Monalisa2005! It was very helpful.

  • What gauge is the hoop on 4:00? I got my nose pierced with a tiny nose screw. I was told that I will have to gauge it to wear the hoop. I have a high nostril piercing on my left nostril. Please help.

  • its about 18 gauge for me. I don't quite remember how big it was when i had it pierced.

  • I have been looking for the same silver hope you have on 4:00. I still have the nose bone in my left nostril and I want to change it. I have had it for about a year.

  • hey ummm how long do i wait 2 change mine cuz i really want 2?

  • usually 1 to 2 months. You can do it after two weeks depending on how sore you are

  • haha wow.. now when my piercing has healed and I can use others, I can only use studs since the L shaped ones are a bitch to take in

  • i got a nose piercing about a week ago in europe but i don't know the size of the gauge...what do they usually pierce you with??

  • i got somewhere around 18 gauge but thats a little big so ask a local piercer and they can estimate. :)

  • @Monalisa2005, thanks! :]

  • lol today i took my nose ring out the one with the ball... oh my god it hurt like hell!!! lol but i got a better one now.. well it looks nicer lol it still has the ball but im keeping this one in

  • how big was ur nose hoop in 3:55 because i think my nose is like yours and i bought one 18g but still big for me.

  • mines about 18, maybe a size up so its smaller

  • I have a healing piercing that looks like an arrow, sharp as fuck, and it's a tiny ball that keeps it stuck.. I am worried I wont be able to take it out when it heals, I've had the piercing for 8 days now.. and it's starting to get problems. My nose wing is getting dried out and the inner side of the hole is paining.. and I COULD screw it, but then it fucked up

  • where did you get the hoop that has the ball attached to one side?

  • my piercer ordered it from a magazine
