im for buying some of these but, when they are hit is there any acoustic sound atall. If its not plugged into a module when its hit there will be no noise when hit?
I still can't get it... i went to your website but not enough information, and all the cymbals seem made of metal. Does this means the cymbal itself can make a sound like normal cymbal or this is also a muted electronic hi hat cymbal trigger, with no sound like other cymbal trigger? Can you please explain?
@d3v4 I've seen similar cymbals and they are often coated with a clear coat that absorbs the vibrations and therefore eliminating any acoustic sound. ALESIS SURGE Cymbals is another example.
you guys gotta check out the surge cymbals if you havent already. all brass realistic looking and feeling electric cymbals, amazing! i would also like to see a video of the acoustics of electric cymbals.
now just hold on a min. that is a real cymbol. the sounds are only a refelection of the midi interface/brain. so what kind of interface are you using? a brain? EZDrummer? whats the cymbol triggering? how many zones? cuz to me it just looks like you miced a regular hi-hat. please explain, interested to know
You use what is the drum module?

They are real cymbals but they've been converted for electronic use with a drum brain or other software.
