Thanks for posting this subject although i do not live in USA and therefore did not over indulge at thanksgiving I certainly eat my body weight in dime bars and beer while on holiday over the past few days so looking at getting back on track tomorrow morning - your advice is great for not giving up after a rocky bit :)
One mile is great three times a week. Sometimes people just shoot to high and give up. Even forgetting about distance is good. If your like I'm going to run for 15 minutes or 20 minutes 3 times a week, it's all good. As long as it gets done right? Good luck Shanti! Running is the best!!!
