kiyoteru and kaito's voice range is a bit a like, but there's no need to be a pro just to notice that their voices are DIFFERENT .

Oh c'mon, saying kiyoteru sounds like kaito is the same as saying that Mizki sounds like miku or rin. I'm sick of people comparing the vocaloids.

I heard people saying in other videos that lily sounded like meiko, in my head it doesn't. The only vocaloids that sound alike are Rin and Len, because they have the same seiyuu, or SeeU and Luna Amane

You know What I saw the uploader comments and I have to say this. KAITO has a HIGHER VOICE and a bit more ROBOTIC than Kiyoteru. Kiyoteru has a SOFTER VOICE than KAITO I love this song thank you uploader, I love Kiyoteru becuse of his being less robotic (and he's a burnett like me) Plus! Yeah they are different. Kiyoteru is more human and has a deeper voice and i think not too much of a robotic after effect. Kaito is a little higher in his version and more robotic after effect.

I thought Kiyoteru sounded like Kaito before I heard them singing together, when they're singing together it's really easy to tell them apart. They have a similar quality to their voices, but they don't sound exactly like each other.

Okay, I'll admit he sounds a "bit" like Kaito, But if you listen to Kaito, Kaito sounds more...Like..Deep and Robotic. I mean yes Kaito can hit High notes, and can soud more human, But his usual " tone" of singing is a little bit deeper than Kiyoteru's. Kiyoteru has a more Flowing,Humane,Higher toned, Voice. And the more I think about it. Kiyoteru doesn't sound like Kaito at all. Really Guys, Look up More vids Of Kiyoteru and then Kaito and then See if they sound the same. They Won't...

he sounds fresh and human, unlike kaito. There is a difference, beginning with the different companies that make them. Katio- Crypton, Hiyama- AH-S

though, hiyama has a smoother voice as well, but it more difficult to use to massive editing needed if wanted to sound well with other vocaloids. Plus kaito sounds soooo freaking auto tuned.

I don't know what all this is with Kaito. I mean, Kiyoteru sounds a bit like him, but if you listen as closely as I do, there's a notable lisp in his voice... and Kaito is deeper, anyways. I love Kiyo-kun AND Kaito equally, I'm just stating that they are different.

@keizuho85 Well if you ever listened to Kaito or any other japanese vocaloid trying to pronounce the 'Just be friends" part then you'd probably be hearing "chubby fwends" or "ja bi frens". So I rather not have that embarrassment on Kiyoteru and had luka sing it instead.
