Excellent Jules Shear song. This entire LP is loaded with great tracks. Of course, except for Alison Moyet, the Bangles & Cyndi Lauper - no one knows him. Just about everything Shear's written is excellent. He's gone from punk rocker with Jules & the Polar Bears to a major songwriter who sings more Americana now. A fantastic career sadly overlooked by many. If I had to record an album I would trust him with everything from song selection to producing. He's that good.
