I remember I used to love this song as a kid. Long before I knew it was a legitimate classical song. The first time I heard the real version my eyes widened in amazement... But I always come back to this version.

@LutzfromPS2 if i remember well, some Sanyo cellphones such as the Katana had Dies Irae as one of many default ringtones, which somewhat reminded me of Krauser's rendition of DI.

There is just something of fighting to classical music that is "unique." Sort of like when in italian mobster movies, they have all the gun fight scenes in classical music.

idk, the whole gun fight thing can be done with any kind of music, but something about hand to hand or even sword play sounds so mature with classical music
