If only some of the people who have commented on this video could spend one day in a drivers seat and still be saying they aren't nice...the driver in this video is one of the nicest men I know for one thing...you would find if you asked a driver what they would change I guarantee one of the things would be for passengers to be nicer, treat drivers with respect so they in turn would get it back...it goes both ways
3 minutes is late?!!!!!!!!! nothing under 5 minutes for a bus is late besides early is a problem more than late because the passengers will miss the bus..a couple extra red lights maybe icy that day or a couple of slower moving passengers and there you have it 3 minutes...no bus system makes money...ask any city...the money received comes in at a loss, do some research and probably at least 30%of the public scams the system only making it worse for everybody since fares WILL go up because of it
I agree with you. I would rather have a bus come 3 minutes late, because with that you still make it. It comes early you miss it. They should increase fares 10 cents across the board, in order to do service increases, to have them run 20 minutes apart. They do have good ridership. More service, they will get even more riders.

you guys should live in toronto. the buses run every 10 minutes... and if you take the 24-hour system a three minute late bus isnt all that bad.

ok i doubt this will help but a few things i would change..
1. names for the bus drivers
2.wait for people with children sit..i have had three times where i have fallin or my duaghter.
3.they should be on time there are times where they are 10 mins late on a nice day ?
4.they could be a little nicer i mean there are a few that are great but some need new attitudes
