i hate cebu its to dangerous over dher .. you got 8 year old kids selling crac 2 in the morning over there .. there alot of bebots to .. i went there to visit my friends auntie and we went to the mall and there was a shoot out in the middle of the streets and no one was paniking they were like just chill dhats normal here .. i was like WTF !!
