when will we get all the ships fully detailed, and maybe even more stuff for the skirmisher, i don't want my BC-304 named angelwing.

You could always name your ships in the skirmisher. The development of the mod is progressing, we are concentrating on the single player campaign right now.

Well, it ran fluently with my old PC, an AMD 2ghz single core processor with an ATI radeon 9600 VGA card and 512 MB ram.

It works even better on newer computers. IT's a greatly optimised game, and we're doing our best to optimise the mod as well:)

Also I just wanted to ask... Will you be adding miscellaneous ships from the stargate series?

Like the Pegasus nomadic people that live on their ships, or Marvin's people from SG-1?

Or even the mysteriously powerful ship that kidnapped everyone except Carter off the ship in one episode?

They had some great designs, and it would be cool to have them as unlockables.

Yep, we have put in some side content (Borg Cube, BSG ships, Andromeda) but the executor or the deathstar are so huge and out of proportion that i don't think it would be possible to implement them properly:)

I didn't notice the Borg or the BSG. I agree the the Executor would be really big. But it would be sooooo epic to see the look on the Goa'uld's face if they saw that ship appear out of nowhere.

But unfortunately Nexus isn't that genre, it's more tactical than epic most times. So a ship that big wouldn't come out right:(

Well, one can just dream. Maybe some ImpStars* would work. 1.6km of the ImpStar and not 19km for the Executor or 900km diameter for the DS2.

How strong are the ships? They look like they get blown up real quick.

Well, they don't, a lot of explosions are a basic element of a trailer:)

They can take quite some punishment, but the mod is trying to be as close to stargate as possible, and there ships usually have strong shields and weak/medium hulls, so they get destroyed after some hits.(Altough balancing is still wip, so to make battles longer, shields and hulls will be made stronger)
