I can see it now.. SUPER STREET FIGHTER IV HYPER EDITION WITH 8 NEW FIGHTERS FROM PREVIOUS STREET FIGHTER GAMES such as Alpha and III! LONG LIVE STREET FIGHTER!
Her credited name is Boogie Ohyama. She was a guest vocal for the album this song was originally released on (G.S.M. Capcom 6). The actual arrangement was done by Alph Lyla (the in-house band, not the general sound team) members Tatsui (drummer) and/or Pakkun (keyboardist)
I'm not sure if either of them are Mitsuhiko Takano (credited in-game for "Music Arrange"), but Takano either arranged this one track or the entire 3DO soundtrack (referred to as THE Arrange soundtrack in-game.)
@ultimategamer150 Oh wait, I know. It's because I never did play the original SFII...I didn't really play Street Fighter at all. Now I hate myself for it :)

@SinisterLonging, no. My mom felt the same way. My reasoning behind this because you just beat the game.LOL
I actually think its cool though.

I could see this song being used during the credits of some kind of cheesy 80s anime series...if this song existed in the 80s, that is, lol.
