There were four varations of this "bumper", as originally seen during the 1960-'61 season of "ROCKY AND HIS FRIENDS", each with Bullwinkle pulling a different animal out of the hat and different reactions:

1)"Hoo! Don't know my own strength!"

2)ROCKY: "Wrong hat!"

BULLWINKLE: "I take a seven and a half.."

3)"No doubt about it- I better get another hat!"

4)ROCKY: "But that trick never works!"

BULLWINKLE: "This time for sure! PRESTO! {pulls Rocky out} Well, I'm gettin' close.."

@fromthesidelines I'm with you on that! I'm tryin' like the devil to find all four on U-Tube with little success. Bumper # 4 "But that trick never works" & "Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!" have been in my vernacular for as long as I can remember & now I'm passing it on to my almost 6 year old daughter. Thanx 4 remembering all 4 bumpers!!! I still can't find the originals on U-Tube!!!
