Total weight = 13 tonnes tells me it's a relatively small truck.
In Denmark 2-axle trucks go up to 18 tonnes total, and my MAN truck, a 12-tonne, is concidered a "pony truck".
Most 2-ax trucks have 4 wheels with 6 tires in all. My truck has 2.5 - 2.6 tonnes on the rear axle when there's no container on it. that gives 3.4 - 3.5 in front. Let's just assume those phones took 1750 kg.
can you hear me now? good.

Total weight = 13 metric tons.
I'm going to assume it has 8 wheels.
13 / 8 = 1.625.
So 1625 kilograms times 0.03 m (roughly) / 10 seconds of crushing time squared.
Congratulations, your cellphone can stand half a Newton.
