i use to collect oakley shades, what i have is xsquared xmetal, ducati carbon, plasma and juliet emerald plasma. then crosshair transition, ducati plaintiff & inmate and monster dog. and by tom im going to buy now this oakley pitboss titanium so sweet! im thinking to buy the oakley csix but i bought tag heuer f1 grande date instead for $1700 huhu so much things in lifes. as long as we like it then dont regret Buy it :))
just ordered a pair off ebay. There were 4 auctions that closed within minutes of each other. i was able to get a pair for 236 with shipping. I can't wait for them to come in.

I bought these not long after they were released only in the Polished Black color. I hate to say it but these are the most uncomfortable Oakley's I own. I do have a larger head I know that is why...the ear buds are pretty tight behind my ears making the front sort of push upwards on my face it's annoying...after 3 hours of wearing these I pull them off and throw on something else. I just wish Oakley would have allowed me to send them back (paid full retail $600)but hey they look great on my dis
@ThePsubig11 That would be the this pair, the pitboss! The clarity of the lens with the comfort of a sports frame and the style that screams Oakley. The pitboss is my favorite pair by far.
currently my stance on oakley, I believe overall they make great quality, the best quality products, BUT some certain items are way overpriced and not worth it at all, I have bought a lot of oakley products and i would say 90% of it was worth it but there are a few lemons that i regret buying.
does it hurt your head when you wear the pit boss? two reviewers have said it hurts their head because arms put too much pressure on the sides of the head.
@nightrider2k6 Thats a great question! I live in florida and I have had these sense the first of December and never had an issue with that. However, I am visiting my family in North Alabama where it is 28 degrees and I have noticed that it was starting to bother me after a few hours. I believe it is the cold weather that triggers that for some reason.
@Ostore690 I was this close to buying these, they look beautiful and i like the name too, but hearing that it hurts your head is not worth me paying $600. If im paying even $100 for sunglasses they must be perfectly comfortable.. why would the cold weather trigger it? weird.. Its too bad I really wanted to buy these. but if its not comfortable then not worth it for me.
There was also going to be a series called the Icon Line, where they would sell jeans in the $100-200 price range or so as well as other apparel and items, but that never happened. This was around 2005 or so.

The Pitboss lens also has anti-reflective coating on the inside of the lens if I'm not mistaken
