Because I don't wanna use the keyboard. My Joystick is cheap and it doesn't have enough buttons to fit all the major controls.

Ya it is. You have to download a carrier placer from somewhere like Simviation though.

No, Boeing makes just about all of the Air Force's aircraft.  Besides, it says in the aircraft selection menu: Boeing F/A-18 Hornet

Yes and boeing also designed and produced the new F/A-18E/F superhornet models.
