  • after working the same job for 15 years and being laid off I am not sure If I have the ability to do most jobs given my energy level and how quick I tire out. I am the calmest person ever but I do see myself getting upset when I shouldn't. I feel much better after chowing some salty foods :0)

  • gimme my meds and a jar of pickles and i'm good :0)

  • p.s. THANK YOU!

  • I have trich and also major adrenal fatigue. I don't have health insurance so I haven't been back to get tested again since about a year and 1/2 ago, when I was prescribed corisol and some amino acid. I think it did help with pulling, but I was out of the country + in a different routine so it's hard to tell. I appreciate that you are doing your own research! Your videos have been the most helpful resource to me that I have found anywhere. Hope you are still doing well and pull-free. xo

  • I have Adrenal Insufficiency and its been really tough, mostly bad days then good days. I am going to a new endo doctor in Feb 2012, I was diagnosed in 2008, I take Cortef to replace my cortisol. The Cortef causes so many side effects. Wish they would come up with a cure for this. I am tired of blood sugar and blood pressure being up and down everyday. I have the book by Dr. Wilson and its about Adrenal Insufficiency its a great book.

  • i have these symptons,in the past 3 years i took care of my dying husband while being diag. with a tumor of the pituitary gland, then after my husband died, i was attacked at home had a 3 inch long cross run into my chin breaking all my teeth broke my face stabbed in my hand& cut across my breast 5 times with a knife, pushed down the steps broke my ankle, can't sleep the phone ring over 50 times a day, can't go back to the doctors till i pay off all my husbands bills, help me raine

  • @raine528 I hope you are feeling better than when you wrote this; I was widowed 14 years ago at a very young age and when our child was just 5 months old; I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer a few years later; just to say I can somewhat relate. What you have been thru is horrendous. May I recommend getting with a prayer group or just solitary prayer for starters. You most likely have severe adrenal fatigue. please get Thorne Adrenal Cortex and take it every day; it's not expensive. Good luck

  • I have about 90% of those symptoms. The one I do not have: arthritis (but I have bursitis).I probably have had adrenal fatigue all my life. I am convinced that I have. What gave me an advanced case was my first marathon (and not resting in the weeks and months afterward). I have had low core temps (to 94.5), asthma and chills for eighteen months. I'm under the care of an accupuncturist who does hair mineral analysis. Thanks .

  • I started pulling at 12. 3 months after I started my period. I've always thought it to be hormonal but doctors said that my levels were fine. I'm 40 now and have many of those symptoms.

  • I have almost all of these...I know I have adrenal fatigue and possibly EBV virus. I have CFS/Fibromyalgia/Depresion/Anxiety. Been sick most of my life, now 35.

  • In the past, I've had adrenal fatigue with symptoms like sleep issues, digestive issues, depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, fatigue. Definitely see a nutritionist or traditional chinese medicine doctor for treatment. The Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor that I go to has successfully treated me. Also it would be good to go to psychotherapy to develop better emotional health and learn how to better respond to and manage stressors (poor stress management can cause adrenal problems).
