Yea, the voice isn't bad, but wow... If you are going to learn a song learn the fucking chords. These chords couldn't be more wrong.

Go watch the video of michelle playing this acoustically. She plays it very close to how its done on the cd (minus the acoustic parts) and it is very clear what she is playing 95% of the time, making it obvious this cover left out most of the essential chords and added chords that aren't a part of this song....

Go watch covers of other people playing songs acoustically. They play it according to their own style (even changing some of the lyrics) and it is clear that 95% of the time covered songs are not identical to the original, making it obvious that your post lacks any sense and no awareness of what a cover is....
