  • I honestly don't know who did it I just hope that it wasn't the mother cause they had a great bond and she trusted her mommy and well it's bad enough that other parents do this but I hope that it was not the mother I really do but I think that it may of been cause the finger is pointing at her and stuff but I hope that it wasnt god bless Caylee and let god be with her and I hope that good was there for the child during the abuse that way she felt little or no pain on his hands amen rest in peac

  • A man would've been convicted in her situation. I think she did it but the prosecutors did a lousy job. Our justice system is messed up because alot of times your guilty until proven innocent. Even when someone wins a case they still have been to jail, paid lawyers, bail and other losses, so even if you win a case you still lose.

  • our justice system needs a lil more wild west to it

  • She killed that baby you dumb whore ! That disgusting bitch

  • That ugly whore disgusts me, she should've been put on death row, or tortured beyond belief. Fuck her and fuck the judge and jury, they can burn in hell with her. Someone NEEDS to kill her, she shouldn't live after doing that.

  • I knew she was guilt, call it gut instinct, women's intuition..whatever.. when she talked to her mom on the telephone in jail and said "I want to find THAT LITTLE GIRL, TOO."

She was so detached from her own child. Any mother would be distraught and say her name, not "that little girl"

  • Like if you also think she was on some hard drugs

  • @VWJasonGLI

she had to be on something.. just to be that distant and detached from her own child.. I am thinking cocaine..speed of some form, probably pills

  • i watched her come out of jail.

  • She did it cause she didn't even bother looking for her daughter knowing she was missing what kind of parent does that

  • if Casey Anthony didnt murder her child then who did? did the police just say fuck it and didnt bother?

  • @SLAM234 oh okaty so lets not prove anything and everyone has an alibi im gonna go kill my parents and when they ask who did it i could say a fucking flying panda and they would believe me because noone needs to prove it? thats cool im sorry that IM THE WRONG ONE,dick legs

  • @SLAM234 okay then why the hell would she lie to the police? if she wasnt afraid of getting in trouble why was it a secret dumb dick

  • @SLAM234 shut the fuck up she didnt even alert the police for a month THIRTY DAYS!!! 720 HOURS!!! 43200 GUILT FILLED MINUTES!!! DO YOU GET THAT? that means she was the murderer and thats enough proof dick faced bitch

  • the thing that me and my mom don't get about her is that her child was pretty much being rised by her parents but she still killed the child, that's just plain evil

  • Sorry but if you think she's innocent, then you seriously need mental help. Yes, we shouldn't only look at what the media gives us, but what they have given us is enough. Casey Anthony killed her daughter, and if not, then she at LEAST had something to do with it or knew about it.

  • fuck this shit people saying that she's fucking innocent

she's guilty even if there wasn't enough evidence

    fucking baby killers

  • @SLAM234 She didn't drown you fucking idiotic twat.

  • @SLAM234 hey dont talk to me like that you fucking prick, im from Canada anyways...

  • If Casey didn't want kids, she should have had protection or birth control during you know what.

  • @SLAM234 Just like theres no proof that she is innocent. They had enough evidence to send her away for life or decades.

  • Lock dat bitch up mayne

  • Well i did not follow the case at all, (for living out of states), but from the articles i read, it looks she COULD be the killer, does anybody know her background? and why would she do that? i just wanna know what could be the reason of her acts, eventhough i know that none of them reasons could justify what she did, id like to have more details, articles all say the same thing, id like an objective "opinion"

  • im glad they let her go. Infact im super happy! yno why? because there are tons of people that would love to kill her. Torture her, and make her pay for killing her baby. and she has to live with that. I hope she doesn't die, i hope she suffers and gets hate anywhere she goes. Shes never going to get a job, and she will never get anywhere in life. Have fun partying, BITCH

  • @anythingbutsmart

i bet when she gets to jail everyone is gonna be :o they finally caught you for killing your child!!!!!!!

Casey: no im in jail for lying to the police

    prisoners: -.-

  • Kill your wife, go to California. Kill your baby, go to Florida.

  • @PartridgesGarage - Which countries?

  • @PartridgesGarage - "you would NOT get as fair a shake anywhere else"

And you'd know this how? Have you lived outside of the US or been part of the legal systems of other countries?

  • @PartridgesGarage - Apparently not since you weren't aware not a shred of evidence was presented against Michael Jackson. Just the word of a couple of obviously very shady accusers very interested in his money. The first father even admitting to drugging up his own son with mind-altering drugs to obtain this supposed "confession". Several neutral bodies dismissed both cases more than once and there were hundreds who testified to Jackson's favor.

Anyway, what blind spout are you pointing out?

  • @PartridgesGarage - "that white lady better be gald YOU weren't on the jury"

Oh do spare me. You probably complain about OJ being acquitted (even though the case against him was about as 'solid' as the case against Anthony) and you had Michael Jackson convicted in your mind already even though there is absolutely no evidence against him.

You're right that she wasn't charged with Neglect, but she should have been. Or should be (I'm not sure if that could be tried as a separate case).

  • @PartridgesGarage - 1) OJ Simpson was rich. Comparing every black man to OJ Simpson is stupid. If that were the case prions wouldn't be damn near 40% black; 2) Michael Jackson wasn't convicted because his accusers were about as believable as Casey Anthony (or OJ Simpson) and there was zero evidence against him. Like you said, how can you convict someone on zero evidence?

Before lecturing me about justice you should bother to actually READ about cases before declaring innocent people guilty.

  • @PartridgesGarage - At the bare minimum I've heard NO good explanation of how she isn't at the very least guilty of Neglect? Not reporting your child missing for over a month is NEGLECT.

  • @PartridgesGarage - Because unfortunately racism, sexism and religious bigotry still exist. Those who are victimized by it don't have the luxury to just pretend it doesn't exist. If you haven't been on the receiving end in a way that affects your livelihood or freedom you have the privilege to ignore it.

I know why reasonable doubt was created, my point is for some people it's too low (people being convicted on hearsay) and for others it's too high (walking free unless a case is like CSI)

  • @PartridgesGarage - Lol Where on Earth did I say that? What I said is that I think that "reasonable doubt" stuff is largely BS because it's applied quite unevenly. If Casey Anthony was an overweight, poor black woman the evidence presented against her would be more than enough to get a conviction.

What I'm saying is that for some people the burden of proof is way too low (non-rich people, minorities, etc.) and for others way too high ("pretty" white women, rich men).

  • @PartridgesGarage - About the only thing that was missing in this case was fingerprints. Apparently now if the case isn't solved CSI-style it's not considered evidence? I kind of hear what you're saying but we all know damn well that in reality shitloads of people are convicted without fingerprints all the time. A lot of men are convicted on just circumstantial evidence. Some minorities are just convicted on hearsay evidence. I'd be willing to bet if Casey was uglier she'd get convicted.

  • That would be messed up if she did make money off this case. TOTAL DISREGARD for your daughter. RIP Caylee Anthony

  • You know what. When this story first took place, I assumed she did it. I was anxious to see what her sentence was gonna be. I was a lil shocked too by the verdict. It was probably an accident that got covered up so that there would be no credible evidence to lock her up. Im not gonna riot & say that AWW MAN, SHE GOT AWAY WITH IT, but she played a role in the murder so that somethin she gotta live with. She better get some bodyguards on stand by when she get out, b/c all hell is gonna break loose

  • @PartridgesGarage That a good point

  • @SLAM234 If the baby drowned, then why was there no trace of chlorine or any other pool chemical on the body? It doesn't decompose along with human remains.

  • thumbs up if you'd hit it.

  • Kevin Craft for President! Dude speaks the truth str8 up...p.s the dum bitch is guilty

  • @SLAM234 if there is NO proof for the murder then how do all these people assume that she done it. Sorry but to me it seems like I just woke up in bizarro world where everybody seems to have seen how she killed her baby. I haven't seen any reason to be 100% convinced she did it, how do all these people became so certain? Why do people think that watching a news report gives you any insight into a court case? People just want to see blood, they don't care who it is.

  • Please can somebody explain to me how all you people have conclusive evidence that she did it but the jury cant prosecute her. If its so obvious why isn't it a open and shut case? You people are just vindictive assholes who watch far too much tv.

  • @PartridgesGarage Exactly! This is just the media attacking every little thing, whether its true or not. The court is not a play ground, they know what they are doing, leave them to carry on with their jobs effectively.

  • Im not from the US so i dont know much about this news, but as a law student i know that the justice system make a lot of effort to come up with a decision and its not just something they wake up one day and decided to do. They have to prove something "beyond reasonable doubt", so its obviously not always 100% correct, but its not childs play either. You may be accusing an innocent person, keep that in mind.

  • there's a circle in hell for people like her

  • @PartridgesGarage make me virgin :p

  • @SLAM234 thank you! Some people don't realize that if we convict people solely based on character and/or circumstantial evidence that can lead to miscarriages of justice. Circumstantial evidence should only be enough to convict if it removes all reasonable doubt, and obviously for her to be acquitted there must have been some holes in the prosecutions case. If we convict because we "think" the person did it we end up with cases like Steven Truscott.

  • @themadmex08 - We already do it all the time. Casey got off because her case was being filmed and probably because some people consider her "cute".

  • I knew she was guilty by watching her face in the courtroom, there is nothing behind that. she is a complete sociopath and those are phony tears for sure. PERSONALLY I think the bitch should be put to death but it's not up to me. I can only hope that outside of prison she still gets what she deserves.. rest assured IF I ever see her in public it's gonna be nothing but middle fingers it's just sad that through technicalities and convoluted BS that she got away with it. she will burn in hell tho

  • @PartridgesGarage go fuck yourself

  • I don't know if she did it but I don't think she didn't do it though.

I think she should have been charged with neglect even if they couldn't prove she murdered her.

She partied and didn't report her child for 31 days WTH? she was being a neglectful parent and should be charged with that.

  • My mom said the same thing about "same jurors and judge as OJ". lol

  • I am so glad i am subscriber to you! I agree with literally everything you say!

  • @carlabean111 thats wat i wanna know n yea i figured thats all we can do

  • i think people have the notion that the way the laws work is to prove some one's innocence, well it isn't. The job of the prosecution is to prove guilt, and the fact that they couldn't prove this is their failure, not the legal systems. Know i'll admit i haven't followed this case enough to know all the details, but it sounds that all the prosecution had was circumstantial evidence, and they didn't do a good enough job at removing all doubt from the jury with the evidence they presented.

  • "IF yo black stand back if yo white its all right" "If you are right the sky's the limit if your black the limit is the sky" (if even) all i'm saying is if in fact it was all just a horrible accident (which it wasn't the bitch killed that poor child) but if was an accident she got off clean too clean cuz she white and had a black judge, they made him look like a fool it was all joke cuz they didn't take da black judge seriously. How ever if it was black woman her ass would be doing time now!!!!

  • "Because nine times out of ten you will get locked up."

Heck yeah! If you run a red light, there's going to be a police officer around to see it. The vehicle in front of you runs it? The office won't see it.

Just the way of the world. BS.

  • There wasnt enough evidence to prove her guilty. The jurors did exactly what they were suppose to do. You AREN'T suppose to bring emotion into the court, if you did it would be unfair. If you were to hand every single one of those jurors a white a piece of paper and told them to write down exactly how Casey 'killed' her daughter. They couldnt tell you. You cant make assuptions. She may be guity or she may not. But she is gonna get alot of "you bitch" and "you killed your daughter". Thats that.

  • @BlinkThought57 Well said.

  • Cheesy or not, the way I see it is, if she doesn't get judged correctly in this life and doesn't suffer for what she did to that poor little girl, she WILL be judged correctly someday.

  • I don't believe she killed her daughter, maybe it was an accident, but the fact that she pretended nothing happened should be enough. I would give her life, especially when she went partying after the poor kids death. It makes me wonder why so many stupid people have children.

  • @smashbrother182 If it was an accident, then I don't see why she felt the need to lie to the police 4 times. The death penalty was coming to her, so she should've thought at some point "I should probably tell the police that it was an accident...", because you don't always go to jail if it were accidental.

  • @TheCataIyst You're right, I worded that wrong. I meant she may or may not have done it. I think she should have been guilty, and that's it, no if's and's or but's. Give her life like she deserves, I say.

  • I dont understand this shit either did they not have enough evidence bullshit, why didnt they just give her a lie detector test I bet those results would have guilty wrote all over it

  • @kapone815 Lie detector tests are not always 100% reliable. That's why I get mad when I'm watching Maury and the lie detector determines that the guy who is accused of cheating was lying. Everyone gets mad at him, and they make him look evil... when in fact the lie detector results could be completely wrong.

  • @TheCataIyst but what if they keep doing the lie detector test over and over again and the same results come up would be considered accurate then or more accurate

  • @kapone815 It may be accurate, but it's not 100%. No matter what, there will always be at least a slight chance that the lie detector was wrong.

  • okay, i know this shit sucks, because personally, i think she did it. but the prosecution HAD to pursue the death penalty and they couldn't provide the smoking gun NEEDED to kill her. the prosecution messed this up.

  • the fact is, shes going to have a shitty life anyways, everyone knows her and everybody hates her, so she wont have friends and she cant get a job and hopefully she just ends up commiting suicide

  • Well if she killed the baby... wouldn't her fingerprints have been on the body?

  • @beardenbulldog7 you don't have to touch someone to kill them so no her fingerprints dont have to be on the body and she could of put some gloves on

  • @beardenbulldog7 She could've used gloves to hide them. If "fingerprints" were the answer to every case, then there'd be no more crime. And of course she probably touched the body... it was her child.

  • Personally I knew she would have been innocent. This is because the court lacked the evidence to put her away for the crime. I mean she could have killed the child but where is the evidence? She had an excuse for everything and sure as hell could back it up to, but hey what do I know I am only 14!

  • she's innocent cause she's white.

on a serious note, i just got done beating doom 3, and after running through hell and kicking the devils ass. For her sake, she better really hope that she is innocent.

  • Thats America

  • in the court system " Jury " you are judged by ur peers people of the same society u live in people of different ethnic back grounds religion ect . and the verdict was the verdict they made it that way to be fair to people meaning judged by ur peers Or could it be that the Lawayers for her are smarter than the " People on the jury they had to be picked by both Lawyers. or r the ppl on the jury just the stupidest ppl on the planet. crack heads. d funny ting is they got paid 2 b off work

  • if was she was black, they would have sent her to jail.

  • @HBKFuckingOwns your an ignorant idiot! your as dumb as my dog. no my dog is smarter than you I take it back.

  • OJ didnt do it man im not defending him cause im black but he was rich and could have any girl he wanted.sumbody was hating on Oj and set him up and he has 3 kids by his wife and till this day he still has relationships with his kids.He didnt kill his wife man he had a hard life coming from LA making it ot junior college than transferring to USC and he also won the heisman their aslo.....OJ played on the black history Moive ROOTS also.OJ didnt do it but CASEY IS A CHILD KILLER

  • @ XblisterXexistX

Really, are you retarded? Because, you can't even spell retarded right. It's retarded not retarted. EVERYONE spells it wrong, and it makes you look retarded. It's not a nice thing to say at all, for one... But if you are going to say it, spell it right.

  • @Mockingbirdnet FAIL..

  • @o0Rumorz0o How did I fail? Retarded is the correct spelling. If you are going to post a one word reply, you are the one who has failed.

  • @Mockingbirdnet Lol, no dude. You failed at tryingto replay to @XblisterXexistX You are not supposed to space out the @ from the username.

  • @o0Rumorz0o At the time, my reply button wasn't working. You'd know that, wouldn't you? Because you are a genius, right?

  • @Mockingbirdnet Oh, you mad bro? Its weird how someones reply button didn't work O_o

  • @o0Rumorz0o Lol, it didn't. It didn't even show up. And I'm a girl.. And I'm not really mad, more amused than anything, at your fail attempts to try to make me feel bad. I mean... Continue to reply things to me.

  • @Mockingbirdnet Shut the fuck up... Honestly, just take it that you failed at trying to reply to someone. You know damn well you did so stop acting like you're fuckin smart because you're not.

  • @o0Rumorz0o Fail attempt to upset me counter: 3. Care to add another? And it didn't show up. And everyone who is smarter than you, isn't acting. They are just smarter than you. :D.

  • @Mockingbirdnet What makes you think im trying to upset you.. Shut the fuck up and understand that I was just pointing out that you failed. Woman like you make me sick. Just shut up. You made a little thing into a huge battle over YouTube? Get real, your a waste of time. Blocked!

  • @o0Rumorz0o It's women like you. Now woman like you. Fail counter you:5

  • Comment removed

  • @Mockingbirdnet You failed at trying to make me fail! You spelled "not" incorrectly and you were supposed to use the word women instead of woman. I blocked you and yet you continue to invade my peace. Go read your little anime books and pretend you have friends besides talking shit over YouTube/Internet.

  • @Mockingbirdnet Fail counter:23 Keep em coming..

  • @o0Rumorz0o Fail counter 7: I added two. One for the actual fail. And two, for yout thinking you were witty.

  • @Mockingbirdnet Again, you keep telling me that I fail when you are the one doing so. You are fuckin annoying. No one likes you. I can tell you have no friends in real life because of how much shit you talk on the internet. Fail counter:24- You still talk shit on the internet.

  • @o0Rumorz0o You're the one who said you blocked me. Keep talking and talking. :D.

  • Fuck the US justice system...always putting in the wrong people (Tupac for example) and always letting out the clearly mental people (Casey)

  • OMG people everyone knows she did it the prosecutors gave to high of a charge. They didn't have enough evidence to prove that she commited FIRST degree murder they should have charged her with MANSLAUGHTER and THIRD DEGREE murder

  • Why do I have the sneaky feeling that we've not heard the last of Casey "The Skank" Antony? Giver her a few years, and see if she doesn't pull another OJ and she's BACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!

  • I call it right now: Her (attempted) murder in less than a year. Some fanatic will do it and ironically get what Casey should have got.

  • I hate to say it but she wont live long! She is a walking targert, n honestly i could care less

  • @misskitty2good4u yeah your right shes not going to live long and on the other hand no ones going to care all she did was cry her way into their hearts and they are dumb as fuck..

  • @misskitty2good4u You mean "you couldn't care less"..

  • @Thizzlol lol yes thank you

  • Well, according to the Just-Us System as long as you're a "cute" white girl it's legal to murder someone as long as you own a good pair of gloves and don't leave any prints or tracks behind at the scene of the crime. ;)

  • @A86 haha right, that happens...

  • @dsetgetatme - Indeed. I know that technically what some people are saying about "reasonable doubt" is true but what annoys me is I bet these people don't say that about OJ Simpson. Technically they should be out telling everyone to get off OJ's back too.

  • I know nothing about this case you should explain a bit better about what the case is!!

  • Confirmation bias . . .it's one hell of a drug.

  • I have to wonder about all the children who have died, been abused and murdered or gone missing since this they grabbed this story. It happens all the time. What makes this one special? Because the media can sell it. Just another weapon of mass distraction.

  • Comment removed

  • @mireyreyy What does that have to do with 12 idiots making the wrong verdict? I have absolutely no problem with gay people, but quit tryna be the victims just because you can't get married. You all are still living lives like any other American.

  • @Scandulis lolololol , omg im not gay i was just saying . its simply wrong because it shows how corrupt the U.S is . Kbye

  • @mireyreyy wtf are you talking about? gays can get married. wow. where have you been?

  • Waiting for the day I'm watching the news and I see "Casey Anthony found murdered..."

  • Casey, even though you'll be "free", trust me, you'll feel like a prisoner. I guarantee you that when you're out in public, you'll be called a baby killer and other names. There might even be people who are angry enough to bust the teeth out of your mouth, or try and take you out (as in kill). No Casey, you'll be far from free. In the end, you'll answer to God Almighty, and I know he's got big plans for you in the afterlife.

  • GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY GILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLTY

  • all out of respect

so what do u plan to do about the situations u talk about???

    what is craftnation really?

is it just some news for us to know but do nothing about it?

  • wow the courts were harder on me for getting caught smokin pot fuck the justice system

  • Reasonable doubt. Intuitions and gut feelings are not good enough to sentence someone to death. That being said the family is full of bums and liars, the only person anyone should give a damn about is the little girl who was probably murdered and who's murderer will probably never face justice.

  • how could anyone be surprised anymore, how things work, really

  • I agree with you

  • This is a horrible and funny video foreal.''Craft Nation''.

  • evidence points to her but not as much as it does to her mom dad and brother

and i believe they all need locked up

  • "Why would you lie to the police if you were innocent?" That's exactly what I'm saying! And did you see how happy she was when she was proven not guilty? It's because she's happy that she got away with it! If I were in her position, I wouldn't be happy, nor would I be sad, because I know that no matter who is convicted, my child was murdered!

  • She was not found innocent, she was found not guilty. There is a difference.

  • I never really did trust the system, because shit like this happens, we don't have anyone to look for for justice, she killled her baby and it's tht simple!

  • She's gonna get drunk, write a book, want a movie made about her life, & beg for a reality show. What a world we live in.

  • I was shocked too. The guilty goes free while the innocent suffer.

  • Love your videos!

  • i cant believe it..all i can do is shake my head..you can look at her and see the EVILNESS..God knows what happens..and trust even the death penalty isnt as severe as to the punishment God will give her..its one thing if she did it and told the truth..but she did it and lied the whole time..on her family etc..she'll be back in jail trust me for postitution or drugs..

  • She did it. Why did she stay silent then? She got away with it, maybe due to her demography.

  • i havent been following this story can some1 explain what happened

  • Damn most of you people are like blood thirsty spectators waiting for a witch burning. Knowing you don't know any of the facts beyond what is used to sell headlines. It's you bloodthirsty mobs that make me sick. Disgusting sick bastards eager for a pound of flesh because some news agency makes money from sensationalist crap. Fuck the facts. Fuck the lack of evidence. OMG you guys make me sick. Fucking media sheep.

  • @Nitelurker1 We know enough to know that she at least had SOMETHING to do with it. I would love to see her burn, with knives stuck in each limb on her body, while she is raped repeatedly. Yes, that is what she deserves for KILLING A HELPLESS AND INNOCENT 2 YEAR OLD GIRL! You're obviously one of the jurors, and all I'm gonna say is this: come back to YouTube when your IQ is at LEAST 7.

  • @TheCataIyst You Sir are as much a monster as you claim to her to be. You are ready to burn the witch just to satisfy your own blood lust. Know that you were not privy to the facts of the matter, mainly only rhetoric. What sells headlines. You are the primitive beast that is exactly the kind of person holding the rest of us back from enlightenment. Making judgement without the information to warrant it. Based only on second hand stories and rhetoric. You sicken me to the very core.

  • @Nitelurker1 No, I want to burn the witch to punish her for taking away the life a helpless, innocent little girl. That's because the the facts shown in the media were of the most importance. The fact that she went out to party while the girl was missing? The fact that she previously tried to give the girl up for adoption? Or maybe the fact that her car smelled like a dead body? I'm not holding people back from enlightenment, that's Casey Anthony. Justice > Enlightenment.

  • @TheCataIyst No you want to add another death to list NO justice being served. The facts are that unless you were intimately involved in the case, the most you ever got were second hand accounts of the facts (which are pitifully few) and a mountain of commentary, opinion and rhetoric. The point is you don't really know the facts. And anything we do know about them are spun for sensationalism by the media. Unless they have empirical forensic evidence of what caused the smell, it is not evidence.

  • @Nitelurker1 Then explain the large amounts of chloroform found in her house, and how the detectives found that she searched "How to make chloroform" numerous times on the internet. You know what chloroform is? What murderers use on their prey. Forensics investigated the car, and they stated that a dead body was put into that car. Like I said, the evidence that was provided to use is the evidence that is of most importance.

  • @TheCataIyst

No not exactly. But yup...you are right....they got video of her doing it, 100 eye witness, her prints and dna and the murder weapon. It's open and shut. But wtf? Lets just let go. BULLSHIT. There was no conclusive evidence presented that a dead body was in the car. Only suspicion. The controversial air tests are called controversial for a reason. And has never been used in a criminal case before. If that is your standard of evidence, you have an incredibly low standard.

  • You're so far gone. So far lost to your own confirmation bias you can't admit that you could be wrong. Hell I think you would pull the trigger yourself having never seen her in real life. Why don't you organize a lynch mob you're so absolutely certain? If not your just another gutless media programed zombie. Welcome to Orwell's 1984. citizen brainless.

  • @Nitelurker1 I won't organize a lynch mob, the public is probably already doing that. Yes, there maybe a slight chance that I am wrong, but there is enough evidence to conclude that she did murder that child, or at least had something to do with it. But remember, there's also a chance that you're wrong as well. I would list all the evidence that can easily prove her guilty, but I don't have enough characters. Also, they picked the wrong jury. One juror called Casey a good mother.... lmfao

  • @TheCataIyst I'm not wrong about anything. I'm not claiming anything you butcher. However based on a chance you are still wrong you said " I would love to see her burn, with knives stuck in each limb on her body, while she is raped repeatedly" Damn. Don't you think you would want to be as close to absolutely certain as possible? All I'm saying is that you don't fucking know the truth. You were not fucking there. All you know is what the media sold you.

  • @TheCataIyst Not only that you blatantly misrepresented (lied about) the facts in an attempt to demonize her. You're nothing more than programed media sycophant. A morally brain dead zombie thirsty for blood and revenge, not justice. The only rational thing to do here is admit you don't know the inside details of the case, you were not privy to them and should have doubt regarding her innocence or guilt. Not draw psychotically sick conclusions of what she "deserves" you sick bastard.

  • @Nitelurker1 Jesus christ, chill out, it's just a stupid YouTube debate. No need to get so into it. I'm not even going to continue replying, you've taken this little debate too seriously.

  • @TheCataIyst I'm taking it too seriously? You said " I would love to see her burn, with knives stuck in each limb on her body, while she is raped repeatedly" . . .you go around advocating psychotically sick shit like that for chuckles? For something you can not possibly be absolutely certain about?

  • @Nitelurker1 I said this DEBATE. And what?? Casey brutally killed the little girl, yet you're calling me sick? lmfao. 90% of America would like a word with you. That was my own opinion. If you purposely kill a someone very young, helpless, and innocent, you deserve to be tortured.

  • @TheCataIyst My point, (blind as well as stupid I see) is that you don't know with any reasonable level of certainty that she did. And majority opinion doesn't make it right. Once the majority opinion kept women from voting and made slaves of our fellow man. The fact is that only a small select group of people have intimate knowledge of the facts. Not you. Not I. However you persist in your claim with psychotic zealotry. A claim no court in America would recognize as valid.

  • @TheCataIyst Now you're advocating mob rules over justice and repeated rape and torture as a deterrent for crimes that lack sufficient evidence to satisfy reasonable doubt for conviction. You don't happen to live in the dark ages do you? You're sick because you said you "...would LOVE to see her burn, with knives stuck in each limb on her body, while she is raped repeatedly..." Only a sick blood thirsty monster would LOVE such a thing. Regardless of her guilt. You're a sicko.

  • @Nitelurker1 Kill someone*. Stupid phone

  • @TheCataIyst No worries. BTW, I like your choice in music. :)

  • @Nitelurker1 but isnt justice just another word for revenge?

  • @poffo17 No. It is not even a good synonym. Revenge is personal and justice is societal.

  • @Nitelurker1 ok it is very colse and really look at how the society reacted to this. The society not just one person but many people. And are you saying that they are taking this personal becasue you did say he wanted revenge.

  • @poffo17 No, not really. Justice has a greater responsibility and aim. lol I know what society is. How people reacted to this might be characterized as lynch mob mentality, not justice. And no I am not saying that. I am just giving you one difference between revenge and justice. I suggest you look up Justice, Evidence, Reasonable Doubt and Revenge in an encyclopedia or Wikipedia if you are truly interested in learning more. "...not even a good synonym." means no, not very close.

  • @Nitelurker1 Evidence provided to us*. Typo, sorry.

  • Evidence to convict. . . beyond reasonable doubt. This is what separates us from lynch mobs and witch burning. Stupid, irresponsible or even happy about it doesn't make someone guilty. It just makes you not like them. And that is no reason to desire to see someone killed, especially in such a horrific manner as you suggest. It only demonstrates your own blood lust. The adoption issue? lol We all know that people who do that desire to murder their child, don't we? Ridiculous.

  • @Nitelurker1 Oh yeah, also that she lied to the police 4 times. If she was innocent, then why on Earth did she feel the need to lie and run away?
