It is because I have switched the IDLE UP on than plug the battery of the heli and pair them. The rotor will not spin till turn the IDLE Up off.

because he has disconected the motor wires, so he can adjust the servos and swashplate without the rotors taking off his fingers!!
(he asked why the the power is not making the rotors turn)
