This was a useful video. It would be wonderful if every country developed care networks to physically assist children orphaned by AIDS, malaria, wars and natural disasters. Many countries in Africa for example still do not have any organized system to provide long term care services to indigent children. I believe that the President of Liberia is absolutely correct in directing attention to child welfare as a criterion of national success.
