Christ must have not have believed in a pre-trib so called "rapture" because he KNOWS he is coming back on the LAST DAY to gather the Bride. John 6:39-40
Check out MidnightWatcher's Blogspot and read through a few of the articles in the "Theology and Eschatology" section, particularly the "Not Appointed Unto Wrath" and "The Revelation of Jesus Christ and the Rapture of the Church" articles. I challenge anyone to refute them.
Pretribbers have it all wrong. OF course the Bible talks about the imminency relating to the rapture. But Jesus tells us to WATCH for the coming of the Lord. Jesus gives the parable of the 10 virgins to clarify this. Paul says that with believers, that day will NOT come like a thief in the night. The rapture will be imminent only with the spiritually dead and the unbelieving. How do you explain that every early church member was a posttribulation premillennialist?
I think the Battle of Gog and Magog is actually Armageddon. And I believe in Posttribulationism. The pretribulation rapture is false, but the theory was made out of good intent. John Darby was NOT trying to deceive people. It was just his belief.
we are followers of the lamb of light let those follow there master u cant change a black pot of paint to white, those who follow there souls follow the colour of it its one or the other, when our lord jesus comes there will be alot of earthquakes n volcanos as he comes n leaves.judgement day is near like planet x all things are connected there is a dwarf star with moons/satalites behind the sun due to be in alignment with 3 more conjunctions within our inner solarsystem sept 26th/11.times coming
Jesus teaches that His 2 nd coming and resurrection is one visible event that occurs in the midst of Daniel's 70th wk in Luke 17:22-37 and Mat. 24:21. On that day the powers of heaven shall be shaken. The trib. of those days is the 1st 3 1/2 yrs of that 7 yr period.
Those who teach the pre-tribulation "rapture" are guilty of adding and/or taking away from the prophecy of the book of Revelation, Yahusha warning the HEARERS not to add or take away from the prophecy of the book or they WILL suffer the Wrath of Yahuah. This will seperate those who choose to only 'revere' Yahuah, instead obeying His COMMAND to fear Him. I have written to warn over 1,000 so-called 'Christian' churches and ministries about fearing Yahuah, so they are without excuse.
@777denny1 Amen!As the number of martyrs from the tribulation on the sea of glass is quite a multitude these churches will clearly not listen to your warning. I find it the height of arrogance on their part to think that Christ would never want a "battered" bride. What does that reduce the sufferings of all the martyrs over the past 2,000 years to? Do they think these people were not as good a Christian as they? People are dying every day for the Lord. What makes them think they are too good to?
Just a question. Have anybody checked out the Ashkenaz Jews out there with the scriptures? They don't fulfill Deuteronomy the 28th chapter. They are converted Jews. They were never brought over here on slave ships with chains around their necks. They come down from Japheth, not Shem. Genesis 10:3. I believe in the pre rapture and i've been saved according to Acts 2:38. I believe Jesus is coming soon for his church. maybe somebody can help me to see better. I'm not racist, just about the truth
@rossdaboss1959 May I ask what the Ashkenazi Jews have to do with anything about the rapture? I am perplexed by your question. How are they pertinent? I wasn't aware they had anything to do with any of this.
@conniemaew They are deceiving the people. Genesis 10:3 shows who they are. From Japheth, not Shem. They are gentiles. God never said we can't study the truth of who his real people are. They have something to do with it, because as u see, they have a lot of people being that they are the real Hebrews. I'm waiting the rapture myself, but i'm still studying the real while i wait. God never said we can't.
@rossdaboss1959 I'm sorry, but I still fail to see how anyone claiming to be Jewish, whether they are or not has anything to do with the rapture. It won't affect the nation of Israel either. Please explain to me why they are an issue, because I don't think it matters who they think they are. God knows who real Jews are and who aren't.
Hbr 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.-- Before someone trys to tell me He is coming more than once can anyone see any other time in this verse?
Mat 24:29 ¶ Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Jesus says post (after) tribulation any one says different is a liar
paul was addressing comforting one another with these word's1 Th 4:18 why? 1Th 3:3 That no man should be moved by these afflictions: for yourselves know that we are appointed thereunto. 1Th 3:4 For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; even as it came to pass, and ye know.
2Th 2:2 to the end that ye be not quickly shaken from your mind, nor yet be troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by epistle as from us, as that the day of the Lord is just at hand; 3 let no man beguile you in any wise: for IT WILL NOT BE, EXCEPT THE FALLING AWAY COME FIRST, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition,
The key to understanding the timing of the rapture is recognizing the DAY of the Lord is a year, and comes immediately after the 7 years of tribulation. This one-year is God’s wrath on earth, but marriage supper in heaven. The 7 years of tribulation are for purifying the saints. Look forward to it. God will purify us.
@1jn32 Interesting point that the judgement begins in the house of God. I would probably say that sifting and strengthening not necessarily purifying. There will be those who depart as according to 2 thess ch2. have you given much thought to the strong delusions God sends. Why would He send strong delusions to unbelievers> They don't believe anyway.
@goldmakers Eze 14:4 … Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Every man of the house of Israel that taketh his idols into his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I Jehovah will answer him therein according to the multitude of his idols… 9 And if the prophet be deceived and speak a word, I, Jehovah, have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.
@goldmakers Heb 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. Heb 10:13 henceforth expecting till his enemies be made the footstool of his feet. 1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be abolished is death.
@goldmakers 2Th 2:3 let no man beguile you in any wise: for it will not be, except the falling away come first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition (Judas in type, Joh 17:12),
2Th 2:4 he that opposeth and exalteth himself against all that is called God or that is worshipped; so that he sitteth in the temple of God, setting himself forth as God. 1Co 3:16 … ye are a temple of God… 1Co 3:17 … for the temple of God is holy, and such are ye.
@1jn32 Truly Matt, 24: 21- 30. If Jesus Said it, It is truth! If one were to disagree with What He said in context to the 3 questions asked her in this chapter concerning the end and the return of Christ, they would be calling Jesus a liar. So we know that God is dending strong delusion to them that do not love the truth that they can be saved. It won't be long.
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, TILL he hath put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The LAST enemy that shall be abolished is death … 52 at the LAST TRUMP: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Rev 11:15 And the SEVENTH angel SOUNDED; and there FOLLOWED great voices in heaven, and they said, The kingdom of the world IS BECOME the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ: and he shall reign for ever and ever.
1Co 15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We all shall not sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the LAST TRUMP: for the TRUMPET SHALL SOUND, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Mat 24:29-31 … AFTER the tribulation … THEN … they shall see the Son of man coming … with a great SOUND OF A TRUMPET, and they shall gather together his elect…
Mat 24:29 But immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days the SUN shall be DARKENED, … 30 THEN … they shall see the Son of man coming … 31 … and they shall gather together his elect ... Act 2:20 The SUN shall be turned into DARKNESS, … Before the day of the Lord come, That great and notable day. Isa 34:8 For Jehovah hath a DAY of vengeance, a YEAR of recompense for the cause of Zion. Isa 63:4 For the DAY of vengeance was in my heart, and the YEAR of my redeemed is come.
Rom 2:28 For he IS NOT A JEW who is one OUTWARDLY; neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh: 29 but he IS A JEW who is one INWARDLY; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. Gal 4:25 Now this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia and answereth to the JERUSALEM THAT NOW IS … 30 … Cast out the handmaid and her son: for the son of the handmaid shall NOT INHERIT with the son of the freewoman.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall RISE FIRST; 17 THEN we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be CAUGHT UP in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air… Rev 20:4 I saw the souls of them that had been beheaded, … and received not the mark … and they lived … 5 ... This is the FIRST RESURRECTION.
I have been blocked by website owners before for quoting nothing but scripture, so if I don’t reply, it is probably because I got blocked again. Please consider the scripture in my next 7 post when evaluating the timing of the rapture. Also look at God’s purpose. 2Th 1:10 when he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be marvelled at in all them that believed (because our testimony unto you was believed) in that day.
. Eze 13:7 Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith [it]; albeit I have not spoken? Eze 13:8 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I [am] against you, saith the Lord GOD. Eze 14:10 And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity: the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that seeketh [unto him];
Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.- so the resurrection has to be after all have been martyred for Jesus Christ there is the answer dead rise first
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise -dead rise first so all those should be killed must die first after the appearing of the anti-christ
Satan wants people to believe God will wisk them away just before things get too uncomfortable. I've got news for you. All the scriptures on the subject say the same thing.... "And The Dead Shall Be Raised First." The dead aren't raised pretrib. They are raised "At The Last Trump." Which is at the End of The Tribulation.
Before the end, there shall be a "falling away." This falling away will be done mostly by people who believe in a PreTrib Rapture. They set themselves up to fall.
Your god has not had a single success yet. He made perfect angels. He made perfect humans on a perfect earth. He had a perfect son. And all but a fraction of them end up tortured and dead. He ends up with a handful of buddies to lay around paradise with for ever while ALL the rest are destroyed or tortured for eternity. Has there ever been a bigger loser? Ever? And you think he's gonna show up and take you all to Disney World? Good luck with that.
I have always wanted to have a vision or dream about the rapture, well last night I didnt see the rapture happen but there was a Rapture count down calender thats the only way to describe it, And I looked at it saying WOW thats when the rapture will happen, when I woke up I new that I had seen how many days but all I could remember was it was less than 300 days

The "armies" in Rev.19:14 is NOT the same entity as the "wife" of Rev.19:7-8. The "armies" that come with Jesus are His angels (*See Mt.13:41). The angels that come with Christ at the 2nd Advent are also the "kings of the east" (Rev.16:12). The "battle of Armageddon" is the 2nd Advent; when He comes with His angels to destroy the wicked (Rev.19:14-21). The 2nd Advent and the rapture of the Church are the same event. No one will be left alive on earth after the 2nd Advent!

Here's what the Jamieson, Fausset, and Brown Commentary says about Dan.9:27: 27. he shall confirm the covenant--Christ. The confirmation of the covenant is assigned to Him also elsewhere. Isaiah 42:6 , "I will give thee for a covenant of the people" (that is, He in whom the covenant between Israel and God is personally expressed); compare Luke 22:20 , "The new testament in My blood"; Malachi 3:1 , "the angel of the covenant"; Jeremiah 31:31-34 , describes the Messianic covenant in full...."

Dispensational/futurists believe that Dan.9:27 is speaking of antichrist, but notice what John Calvin says about Dan.9:27: Now, therefore, we understand why the angel says, CHRIST should confirm the covenant for ONE WEEK, and why that week was placed last in order. In this week will he confirm the covenant with many [Calvin's Commentary on Daniel]
The rapture is biblical, it will happen. The second coming is a separate event. People will know, and be able to figure out the exact day of the the second coming. Look at the book of daniel last page it spells it out for you from the abommination of desolation caused by the antichrist midway of the trib, there will be 1,290 days. Know man knows the day of the rapture but you can easily figure out the when the second coming will happen. We are not appointed to wrath. Know your bible.

You claim "People will...be able to figure out the exact day of the 2nd Advent.." This is another point in which your false eschatological system fails. No one knows (or, will know) the hour of Christ's return. The pre-trib. rapture theory claims that those "left behind" WILL be able to determine the time of the 2nd Advent. This is obviously fallacious.
The 2nd Advent and the rapture are the SAME EVENT! I gave Scripture in my responses; you gave none.
According to historic Protestantism, the 2nd Advent of Christ and the rapture are the SAME EVENT. The "abomination of desolation" in Dan.9:27 is NOT the same "abomination of desolation" in Dan.12:11. These are separate events and have different meanings. Dan.9:27 is speaking of the temple destruction in 70 A.D.
Dan.12:11 is speaking of the "temple" of believers in the Christian era (1Cor.3:16; 2Cor.6:16; Eph.2:21; Rev.11:1,2) The "temple" of believers!
The fallacious assertion of a pre-trib. rapture is based on an erroneous interpretation of Dan.9:24-27. Dispensatioanal/futurists insist that the 70th week of Daniel's prophecy is still seeking fulfillment. Nothing could be further from the truth, however. Dan.9:24-27 is a Messianic prophecy, and has nothing to do with antichrist.
The 2nd Advent and the rapture are the SAME EVENT! There is no reason to separate the two. God's people will be protected from the "vials of wrath".
"Sorry "bros." no pre-trib rapture, the last trump shall sound first, besides that pleas remind our brothers and sisters in 3rd world and communist country's going through death and torture for the sake of the gospel, that they are not suppose to be going through the tribs rite now, so please stop going through the tribs, ...
"does anybody get-it, Oh by the way DIGG! are any preachers in red china where they auction off christian body parts to the highest bidder on the wold market, preaching; "hey bros. don't worry about the trips, we will be ruptured out of them, do you get my question or no??? you guys who preach that damnable pre-trib doc are a joke, to say the least."
1 Thess. 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
1 Cor. 15:51-52 Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, ...and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive...shall be caught up together with them...to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord 1 Thess. 4:16-17
Both 1Thes.4:16-17, and 1Cor.15:51-52 are speaking of the 2nd Advent. The 2nd Advent and the rapture are the same event. There is no reason to separate the two. The whole dispensational/futurist scheme of eschatology is based on a misinterpretation of Dan.9:24-27, which futurists claim is still seeking fulfillment. This is an erroneous assertion, however, since the 70th week was fulfilled in Jesus and the apostles. It is a Messianic prophecy, not an antichrist one.
Just as the Church had an abrupt beginning shortly after the conclusion of the 69th week (the coming of the Spirit on the day of Pentecost), so we should expect the Church to have an abrupt removal shortly before the beginning of the 70th week. Hmmm...if you think I'm wrong, take it up with the Holy Spirit, He is the one that revealed the Rapture to me through RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD of GOD...I don't know WHO your Teacher is...I KNOW Mine. Jesus is coming soon! Maranatha!
The 70th week has Not Happened yet...it's Not a 490 yrs time span...but a time of 7yrs. With the removal of the Church (The Rapture) The Church age began at Pentecost. (The age of Grace) which we are living in now. The Gap between the 69th, and 70th week.) The 69th week ended at the Crucifixion. Age of Grace church age began This last 7 yrs is a time of antichrist, and God's wrath. A time for Israels blindness to be removed. So I'm looking UP! Jesus plainly said he will keep from the WRATH.
I realize the 70th week is 7 years (the last 7 years of the 490 years, or 70 weeks). You have not answered my question, though. I am well aware of the false assertion that the 70th week is still seeking fulfillment, and that there is a "gap" between the 69th and 70th week. But I'll ask you again, when did the 70 week time prophecy begin?
So just add 483 years (the 69 weeks) to 444 B.C. This brings us to 39 A.D., which is way too late for the crucifixion. The 2nd decree of Artaxerxes, found in Neh.2, is NOT the proper decree to begin the 490 year Messianic prophecy of Dan.9:24-27.
Jewish, and Babylonian calendars use 360 days=yr. When examined the period between 444 BC. When Artaxerxes gave decree to build the city, and April 3 33AD when Messiah was cut off is EXACTLY 483 yrs. just as Daniel revealed. Passover begins on the 14th day of Jewish Lunar Month or Nisan. The Crucifixion must have occurred on Friday April 3rd. 33AD. 173,880 days=483 yrs. We are still in the gap, a time when God is calling out a people for His Name. Jesus is coming for His People the called out 1s
Once again, the dispensationalist futurist interpretation fails miserably. Although the Jews, and most ancient middle-eastern peoples, used a Lunar MONTHLY calendar, NONE of them used a lunar YEARLY calendar. They all used a Solar yearly calendar based on a 365.25 day/year. This is common knowledge among biblical anthropologists. Your system fails under all scholarly research. There is NO GAP between the 69th and 70th weeks!
No ancient nation is know to have employed a 360-day year in complete disregard for the SOLAR cycle of 365.25 days. "Numerous chronological statements in Kings and Chronicles, reveal that the OT authors used nothing but true SOLAR YEARS. This consideration alone ought to be decisive against Anderson's theory of 'prophetic years of 360 days'." [G.L.Archer, "Daniel", The Expositor's Bible Commentary. p.115]
Futurists claim that Dan.9:27 is speaking about antichrist. This is fallacious, however. The 70th week was fulfilled by Jesus and the apostles. Dan.9:27 is speaking of Jesus Christ, NOT antichrist. Matthew Henry (1662-1714), as well as many other Reformers, taught that Dan.9:27 was speaking of Jesus Christ, NOT ANTICHRIST. *See his commentary on Dan.9:27.
Here's what Matthew Henry, and countless other Reformed Bible commentators had to say about Dan.9:27: [6.] He must confirm the covenant with many. He shall introduce a new covenant between God and man, a covenant of grace, since it had become impossible for us to be saved by a covenant of innocence. This covenant he shall confirm by his doctrine and miracles, by his death and resurrection, by the ordinances of baptism and the Lords supper, which are the seals of the New Testament...
You really have a hard time staying in context...first the Rapture, then Daniels time line, now you bring in Matthew Henry PLEASE! A MAN that says Michael the arch angel is Jesus? That the 70 weeks are fulfilled, and the prince to come antichrist is Jesus? If I were you, I would quit following man made teaching's and let the Holy Spirit lead, and teach you...for God's Glory. Preterism is another False teaching to lead the Church astray...which sounds to me your False beliefs.
Truly sad to see the complete abandonment of Protestant interpretation by so-called Bible-believing Protestants. Matthew Henry was a well respected commentator and Presbyterian minister. Many Protestant Pastors today still have his commentaries on their bookshelves. Yes, he said Micheal was Jesus, but he NEVER said Jesus was a created being like the Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a staunch Trinitarian, as am I. You are simply deceived into believing the lies of Jesuit Futurism.
2 wrongs don't make a right...Jesus, is God come in the Flesh. NOT the arch angel Michael! Which Matthew Henry states. (Remember we are discussing Matthew Henry not Jehovah witnesses) The Rapture is very Biblical...and LITERAL. As all Daniels time line was LITERAL. I'm sure the last week will be just as LITERAL. So if you wish to believe MEN go for it! As for me, well I'll continue to TRUST the HOLY SPIRIT, and God's WORD. Jesus is coming to call all his HOME, whether you, or MH like or not
I agree that Jesus is God and came in the flesh. So did Matthew Henry. He believed that "Michael" was another title for Jesus. Archangel does NOT necessarily mean a "cherubim" or "seraphim". I believe the rapture is a biblical teaching as well. But it is the same event as the 2nd Advent. The last week of Daniel was literal, I'm not disputing that. I agree. But it was FULFILLED IN JESUS. It has NOTHING TO DO with antichrist. That's my whole point. There's no Pre-trib. rapture!
Prior to Christ's return with His saints at Tribulations close there has been a wedding in heaven of the Lamb to His bride (Rev 19:7). Having undergone the judgment seat of Christ (1 Cor 3:12-15; 2 Cor 5:10, etc.), the saints are "arrayed in fine linen, clean and white" (Rev 19:8). Surely they must also be the army "clothed in fine linen, white and clean" (19:14) that comes with Christ to destroy Antichrist. Your theory leaves No Time for this. The Rapture is Obviously a Pre-Trib event.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Wrong again! You fail to see the chaistic literary structure of Rev.19.
The antichrist has been with us for centuries. All the Protestant Reformers knew who the "man of sin, son of perdition" was/is. It's the same entity as the "little horn" (Dan.7), the "sea beast" (Rev.13:1-10) and the "scarlet harlot" (Rev.17). It is NOT an individual, but a system. Upon Christ's return the wicked are slain first (Mt.13:24-30). Then the resurrection of the righteous, and the rapture (1Thes.4:16-17).
WRONG! The spirit of antichrist has been with us for centuries, HOWEVER; Not the Man Of Sin Antichrist. Hitler was a foreshadow, but the Antichrist is an actual Man,POSSESSED BY SATAN... with an actual system to demand worship, and complete Control of all mankind! When Jesus returns with His Saints, to Stop Armageddon, His feet will touch the Mt. of Olives, and it will split in half,(Zech.14: 2-4) He will Judge the Nations there, and Israel at Mt. Sinai, and set up His KINGDOM! R U SDA?

The "little horn" (Dan.7), the "man of sin, son of perdition" (2Thes.2:3), the "sea beast" (Rev.13:1-10), and the "scarlet harlot" (Rev.17) are all the SAME ENTITY. This entity was identified accurately by the great Protestant Reformers. Either one sides with the Reformation, or one does NOT. Dispensational/futurism does NOT.
Armageddon (Rev.16:12-16) is the 2nd Advent which is the same event as the rapture.
We see the spirit of antichrist throughout history to our times. This spirit is different from the man who will actually be the anti-christ. I think the various historical manifestations of the general antichrist spirit have been allowed to teach the church what THE Antichrist will be like.
@lookin4Jesus I guess they never read Matt 24 without some little satanist telling them that this chapter is not for Chrisatians but only the jews who rejected Jesus. This chapter is somehow going to change their minds in the end even though Paul clearly says that they are sent strong delusions to believe a lie because they loved not the truth that they could be saved.
@goldmakers The Church was not established until Pentecost. The tribulation is for a Christ rejecting world and for Israel to come out of blindness and recognize their Messiah Jesus Christ, it isn't for the Holy Spirit filled Church our presence here would serve no purpose during the time of Earth’s liberation from bondage Romans 8:19-21 Not being subject to judgment the Church has no unfinished business with God that needs be concluded during the tribulation. In Christ we are Righteous Now.
@lookin4Jesus obama has filled these shoes,Get ready for full betral of everything that we know as rightousness.he will be the one to destroy america and Isreal, you watch and see.
Ibeleive the rapture will be post trib & it will be Gods grace to the weak western church. It will give the perverted western church a chance to repent.
Christ must have not have believed in a pre-trib so called "rapture" because he KNOWS he is coming back on the LAST DAY to gather the Bride. John 6:39-40

I have written to warn over 1,000 so-called 'Christian' churches and ministries about fearing Yahuah, so they are without excuse.

shinethelight18 11 months ago

I'm not racist, just about the truth
rossdaboss1959 1 year ago
@rossdaboss1959 May I ask what the Ashkenazi Jews have to do with anything about the rapture? I am perplexed by your question. How are they pertinent? I wasn't aware they had anything to do with any of this.
conniemaew 10 months ago
@conniemaew They are deceiving the people. Genesis 10:3 shows who they are. From Japheth, not Shem. They are gentiles. God never said we can't study the truth of who his real people are. They have something to do with it, because as u see, they have a lot of people being that they are the real Hebrews. I'm waiting the rapture myself, but i'm still studying the real while i wait. God never said we can't.
rossdaboss1959 10 months ago
@rossdaboss1959 I'm sorry, but I still fail to see how anyone claiming to be Jewish, whether they are or not has anything to do with the rapture. It won't affect the nation of Israel either. Please explain to me why they are an issue, because I don't think it matters who they think they are. God knows who real Jews are and who aren't.

I gave Scripture in my responses; you gave none.
rkg62976 2 years ago
According to historic Protestantism, the 2nd Advent of Christ and the rapture are the SAME EVENT. The "abomination of desolation" in Dan.9:27 is NOT the same "abomination of desolation" in Dan.12:11. These are separate events and have different meanings. Dan.9:27 is speaking of the temple destruction in 70 A.D.
Dan.12:11 is speaking of the "temple" of believers in the Christian era (1Cor.3:16; 2Cor.6:16; Eph.2:21; Rev.11:1,2) The "temple" of believers!
rkg62976 2 years ago
The fallacious assertion of a pre-trib. rapture is based on an erroneous interpretation of Dan.9:24-27. Dispensatioanal/futurists insist that the 70th week of Daniel's prophecy is still seeking fulfillment. Nothing could be further from the truth, however. Dan.9:24-27 is a Messianic prophecy, and has nothing to do with antichrist.
The 2nd Advent and the rapture are the SAME EVENT! There is no reason to separate the two. God's people will be protected from the "vials of wrath".

It is a Messianic prophecy, not an antichrist one.
rkg62976 2 years ago
Just as the Church had an abrupt beginning shortly after the conclusion of the 69th week (the coming of the Spirit on the day of Pentecost), so we should expect the Church to have an abrupt removal shortly before the beginning of the 70th week. Hmmm...if you think I'm wrong, take it up with the Holy Spirit, He is the one that revealed the Rapture to me through RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD of GOD...I don't know WHO your Teacher is...I KNOW Mine. When do you believe the 70 weeks (490 years) of Dan.9:24-27 began?
rkg62976 2 years ago

444 BC Artaxerxes decreed the Jews could return to build Jerusalem...
rureyeswideopen2 2 years ago
So just add 483 years (the 69 weeks) to 444 B.C. This brings us to 39 A.D., which is way too late for the crucifixion. The 2nd decree of Artaxerxes, found in Neh.2, is NOT the proper decree to begin the 490 year Messianic prophecy of Dan.9:24-27.
rkg62976 2 years ago
Jewish, and Babylonian calendars use 360 days=yr. When examined the period between 444 BC. When Artaxerxes gave decree to build the city, and April 3 33AD when Messiah was cut off is EXACTLY 483 yrs. just as Daniel revealed. Passover begins on the 14th day of Jewish Lunar Month or Nisan. The Crucifixion must have occurred on Friday April 3rd. 33AD. 173,880 days=483 yrs. We are still in the gap, a time when God is calling out a people for His Name. Jesus is coming for His People the called out 1s
rureyeswideopen2 2 years ago
Once again, the dispensationalist futurist interpretation fails miserably. Although the Jews, and most ancient middle-eastern peoples, used a Lunar MONTHLY calendar, NONE of them used a lunar YEARLY calendar. They all used a Solar yearly calendar based on a 365.25 day/year. This is common knowledge among biblical anthropologists. Your system fails under all scholarly research. There is NO GAP between the 69th and 70th weeks!
rkg62976 2 years ago
No ancient nation is know to have employed a 360-day year in complete disregard for the SOLAR cycle of 365.25 days. "Numerous chronological statements in Kings and Chronicles, reveal that the OT authors used nothing but true SOLAR YEARS. This consideration alone ought to be decisive against Anderson's theory of 'prophetic years of 360 days'." [G.L.Archer, "Daniel", The Expositor's Bible Commentary. p.115]
rkg62976 2 years ago
Futurists claim that Dan.9:27 is speaking about antichrist. This is fallacious, however. The 70th week was fulfilled by Jesus and the apostles. Dan.9:27 is speaking of Jesus Christ, NOT antichrist. Matthew Henry (1662-1714), as well as many other Reformers, taught that Dan.9:27 was speaking of Jesus Christ, NOT ANTICHRIST. *See his commentary on Dan.9:27.
rkg62976 2 years ago
Here's what Matthew Henry, and countless other Reformed Bible commentators had to say about Dan.9:27: [6.] He must confirm the covenant with many. He shall introduce a new covenant between God and man, a covenant of grace, since it had become impossible for us to be saved by a covenant of innocence. This covenant he shall confirm by his doctrine and miracles, by his death and resurrection, by the ordinances of baptism and the Lords supper, which are the seals of the New Testament...
rkg62976 2 years ago
You really have a hard time staying in context...first the Rapture, then Daniels time line, now you bring in Matthew Henry PLEASE! A MAN that says Michael the arch angel is Jesus? That the 70 weeks are fulfilled, and the prince to come antichrist is Jesus? If I were you, I would quit following man made teaching's and let the Holy Spirit lead, and teach you...for God's Glory. Preterism is another False teaching to lead the Church astray...which sounds to me your False beliefs.

rureyeswideopen2 2 years ago 8
Truly sad to see the complete abandonment of Protestant interpretation by so-called Bible-believing Protestants. Matthew Henry was a well respected commentator and Presbyterian minister. Many Protestant Pastors today still have his commentaries on their bookshelves. Yes, he said Micheal was Jesus, but he NEVER said Jesus was a created being like the Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a staunch Trinitarian, as am I. You are simply deceived into believing the lies of Jesuit Futurism.
rkg62976 2 years ago
2 wrongs don't make a right...Jesus, is God come in the Flesh. NOT the arch angel Michael! Which Matthew Henry states. (Remember we are discussing Matthew Henry not Jehovah witnesses) The Rapture is very Biblical...and LITERAL. As all Daniels time line was LITERAL. I'm sure the last week will be just as LITERAL. So if you wish to believe MEN go for it! As for me, well I'll continue to TRUST the HOLY SPIRIT, and God's WORD. Jesus is coming to call all his HOME, whether you, or MH like or not
rureyeswideopen2 2 years ago 2
I agree that Jesus is God and came in the flesh. So did Matthew Henry. He believed that "Michael" was another title for Jesus. Archangel does NOT necessarily mean a "cherubim" or "seraphim". I believe the rapture is a biblical teaching as well. But it is the same event as the 2nd Advent. The last week of Daniel was literal, I'm not disputing that. I agree. But it was FULFILLED IN JESUS. It has NOTHING TO DO with antichrist. That's my whole point. There's no Pre-trib. rapture!
rkg62976 2 years ago

Then the resurrection of the righteous, and the rapture (1Thes.4:16-17).
rkg62976 2 years ago

@lookin4Jesus - Yes.
We see the spirit of antichrist throughout history to our times. This spirit is different from the man who will actually be the anti-christ. I think the various historical manifestations of the general antichrist spirit have been allowed to teach the church what THE Antichrist will be like.
MsZathras 1 year ago
@lookin4Jesus I guess they never read Matt 24 without some little satanist telling them that this chapter is not for Chrisatians but only the jews who rejected Jesus. This chapter is somehow going to change their minds in the end even though Paul clearly says that they are sent strong delusions to believe a lie because they loved not the truth that they could be saved.
goldmakers 1 year ago
@goldmakers The Church was not established until Pentecost. The tribulation is for a Christ rejecting world and for Israel to come out of blindness and recognize their Messiah Jesus Christ, it isn't for the Holy Spirit filled Church our presence here would serve no purpose during the time of Earth’s liberation from bondage Romans 8:19-21 Not being subject to judgment the Church has no unfinished business with God that needs be concluded during the tribulation. In Christ we are Righteous Now.
