I was always impressed with the places I could go with a 'stock' Liberty..

However none of the Liberty's in this vid were "stock"

They all had lifts, bigger tires, and skid plates.

All but the red one had lockers..

I can do even better without 4 wheels and only my 2 feet and good hiking shoes ! ... and even get to some great places where cars cannot get through !!! ;-)

Just a bit of info for you, people who 4-wheel also HIKE, bike, camp, river raft, mountain climb, etc....and moab is certainly a place to do most any type of outdoor activity.

Libbys are awesome offroad vehicles. 2.5" lift, 31" mtrs, and it will go ANYWHERE...KJ's are the best all around jeeps. commanders/wk's are too expensive. wranglers are too basic. patriot/compass not as capable...

just get a liberty...

I Own an 05 Liberty and I Love it, However, I must agree with you about Wranglers being too basic. The mods for Wranglers are Cheeper and more Plentiful, and Run better Offroad IMO Next Jeep I get will be an old Wrangler to Beat up!

Wow. Just goes to show what you can do with even a lame Libby with a skilled-enough driver. Going *down* those rock steps would be hard enough, going up in a Libby without lockers takes real skill.
