Speaking as a lifelong Avs fan I hope this will be the first of many more goals the Matt Duchene will score. He has the abilltiy to become a amazing player and I hope he will stay at Colorado, becuase I think we could really build a team around him the seasons to come. I also hope he wins this seasons Clader trphoy as best rookie, cause he been the best of this seasons rookies.

@paulwall1981 Trust me im a life long avs fan aswell but im thinking the rookie from the carolina hurricanes is going to win it but it would be awesome if matt won it.

@nymike40. Matt Duchene and Jeff Skinner did not come into the NHL in the same season.But I agree, that Skinner will win the Clader for best rookie in 2011. I cannot believe he was olny picked 7th overall. But he has been outstanding for the Cains this season and they were unlucky not to make the playoffs. Can I subb you?
