@powermixstudio - I used photoshop and took a .gif of the characters - then used "replace color in PS to change each of the outfits"...then just played around and made the rest. The "Santa" in the video actually had a full beard so he was easy...lol

LOL! That is adorable! I love all the employee faces on the characters. How clever and SO cute. I'm a huge Rudolph fan. I like the snow on the windows, too LOL What a fun place to work!
