Not going to lie, I didn't like some parts, mainly transitions. The intro was really well together. While you have excellent technique, I think all your riffs are way too fast and there isn't enough contrast in this entry. I think on second list I might have heard one recurring theme. Technically, this is wonderful. Musically, I think your form needs work. I'm not going to lie I suck at complimenting. So even though I said I didn't like parts of this piece, overall I thought it was really good.

He didn't win because it's basically just shreding. There isn't a whole lot of passion in this one. In the winners video, you can see he's getting into the song, and feeling it, and making beautiful music.

While I do agree that this guy is good, there's a big leap from being able to play good and fast, and being able to make music.

I personally thing Thiago has the best entry, but I can see why the winner, won. This entry is just mindless shredding, which isn't what the contest was about, or he would of won.
