I'm over my gallbladder surgery that I had 10-14 so I started on R3P2D2 and am loading (YUCK), but I'm up 21# from my LIW in July when I had my gallbladder attack as I didn't stabilize & ate a lot of carbs to avoid any fats. SO, I will get it off. Had 2 Golf Ball size stones, but they were from years of yo-yo dieting and not the HCG Diet.

great vlog =) this is my 1st time watchin you.....where you been hiding =P hmmm......i cant believe its not butter spray??? i have used that prior to the hcg....might just have to check that out....thx girl =)
