my wife uses the allure flat iron that i bought her and says that it is better than most she has used before, because it heats up fast, and is extremely hot. i don't know about the extensions, seems convenient, without having to damage your hair by bleaching.

VS (vidal sassoon) and GHD are best hair straighteners...i personally go 4 VS its more cost friendly. VS are as little as AU$50 and GHD as much as AU$300 the difference in quality is 5 degrees celcius, so unless u have thick diffucult to straighten hair go for VS they go up 205 degrees celcius, some only 200 deg C. Sorry i dunno how much US these are or degrees farrenheit...mite have 2 look up the conversion ratios

When hair is naturally black it has a blue sheen to it natural light. If your hair is not naturally black but you use dye to make it black it wouldn't have that blue sheen to it. I've tried to get it with black hair dye but it doesn't work unless it's just naturally black...kinda of a bummer.. :(

there is no blue sheen in naturally black hair...that could just be lighting. if there was then it would be possible for ppl to have naturally light blue hair. the gene for hair colour is brown hair gene and with ppl with black hair its simply the brown hair gene being expressed to the max, so because there is just soooo much pigment produced it actually appears to be black hair. its actually a brown hair gene. usually when there is a real blue sheen to hair its coz they dyed it the blue/black
