Why must we get our shit together? because you've lived with every other nationality, ethnicity of people to know that they don't face the same issues as us? We are all individuals with an obligation to God and God alone. I don't understand why the ignorance of others would keep an individual from being the best them. Black people aren't any different from any other people. Shit man we're all trying the best we know how to survive and do our best. We need to keep praying and trusting in God.
I love this video and u r telling just like it is. Sometimes I wonder my black people are so in a bind and messed up. And by the way we all talk to God in our heads continously..
There is so much to speak on in this video with regards to the African american culture and community. I am glad your spidey senses were tingling, I think everyone knows when something is about to pop off....lol Great video
I just feel like our flaws are the most exploited negatively. its not that we dont need improvement, all nationalities have their flaws, but ours are on front street. i feel that that kind of broadcast is definitely a big factor.
Very informative and your right. African Americans need to get their self together and support each other and not hate or steal from each other. Alot of us are very educated and successful.. It is ashame that we are afraid to go certain neighborhood fearing that something will happen.
Wa2 this message is on-point. I went to a HBCU down south and 'Miseducation of the Negro' was mandatory reading for all incoming freshman. Thanks for speaking on it...
I picked up the book "Stop Acting Niggardly" at your recommendation. Its a quick read and I've shouted " preach on," and "amen sister " after nearly every page!
I just gave the "Man Up" Speech yesterday, so this video was right on time. We all slip, but I don't get too hard on myself being it can be just as harmful. Good Vid! "Cass B."
Amen Amen Amen realtalk

@STORMYB Yea I know it seems that way but unfortunately all those things I mentioned can be backed up with medical and statistical fact.
