hey i do equestrain vaulting witch is like this!! sorrta :P but ive never stood jumping :) but thats a pretty little jump so it probs not that hard :)
this is so nice, i love how he listens really carefully to you and seems to keep his back straight when he jumps. this is like what people used to do in the olden days, like in all those old pony books. its so nice cos you have to have such a good relationship with your horse and understand each other loads
My horse is rly good with aids so I dOnt need a rope I just push with my feet where I want him to go were you at a show btw wat shows do standing jumping and love your pony adorable very well behaved too!!
I do that to but with out a girth or rope just me and a horse:) how high can you jump standing I did a 4 ft course at the canter once although my horse is the worlds smoothest lol so it's not that hard but you are amazing good job!!!
I'd suggest doing it on a smaller horse!! haha! What stuff are you using and have you done it before? The first few times we did it, we just practiced jumping off and landing running which has actually really helped. It really just takes a lot of practice; we found that the faster, the better! It's easier if the horse is warmed up and forward, and trotting was way easier than walking! We also use a long dressage whip to tap him and tell him where to go and how fast. Good luck!! :)
You must have to have a good bond with your horse!
