The Choco rainforest is called like these because belong to the Choco region in the north pacific of Colombia, probably aour are the fist calling the acuadorian choco!!! Unfortunately only few very few studies have been done, YOU KNOW WHY, beacuse of the paramilitaries and guerrila in the region;and also drug consumers in usa are guilty(did you know?). try to go to the real choco, not 1400km south of the Colombian Choco then you will see.
