  • How much more adorable can Trevor get... lookie that bow tie ♥

  • @michaelcovert2 same here. This and fiction by avenged sevenfold.

  • This is my funeral song when i die

  • Reactions? Are you fucking serious Youtube?

  • Mike Patton just amazes me with what he does. I was moved despite the terrible sound quality (glad it's here though).

  • i think i'm in love with him...

  • @mandylion07 I know I am in love with him lol

  • Here is the truth @claude999 Alot of bands rip bungle off, but that is alright.. Atleast we know who the talentless dickheads are :)

  • my lovely God!

  • once upon a time , a family had a band . the mom played bass , the dad tried to play guitar , and the little girl sang the song , the song was retrovertigo /watch?v=EuYdKnPs4eE

  • Checked out that song Let there be Love. What a strange coincidence that they have the exaxt same intro.Anyways i don't really care, Mr.Bungle was, is and will always be awesome. It's just a shame that bands these days lack talent to the point that they can't be original anymore.

  • "greasy."

  • Yeah! I think the same! Motherfuckers ¬¬

  • Whos playing bass here?

  • I think him sounding out of tune is just a result of the recording apparatus.

  • I'm pretty sure that just changed my life.

  • He can actually fucking sing live unlike most others

  • Everyone should own a Wurlitzer organ.

  • Oasis is gay gay gay. Blur was better. Lars Ulrich is a fucking waterhead.

  • fileteeeeeee!!

  • Description is description of Mike's voice and hair.

    rite?

    lol

  • at 3:25 that leap was AWESOME! i love Mike!

  • @2:55

    shame on you !

  • this shit IS genius.

  • Mike Patton is such a talented man... i love him

  • My dad would always sing this to me when I was little-er ='D good memories

  • @ADamnedAthiest You got a cool ass dad.

  • fantastic !

  • ITS damn sad when I saw MR BUNGLE open for Incubus (sicupbleh!) & SYSTEM OF A DOWN's Toxicity tour - The crowed (fadfashionistas) HATED them, but MIKE Enjoyed it! AND SERJ from SYSTEM came out & said SYSTEM was heavliy influenced by the so the crowed could suck his DICK!

    SO RAD!

  • That's sad.

Mr Bungle are 10000 times better than all those crappy bands..

  • @DanzUtubes That was Snocore. People only about half the people in Cincy knew Bungle, and they completely ignored Puya

  • @DanzUtubes that's pretty fucking cool of serj actually. Sucks that they were opening for bands like that though.

  • @DanzUtubes

haa yeah.. i was pissed.. . showed up a bit late thinking bungle would have been headlining that shit! Loved the way the dumbasses hated on bungle and patton feeded off them... made it a better show for me, able to get super close and enjoy! funny how every band on that tour always mentioned how legendary and influential bungle was to them!... it was actually a "Snow core" tour not the toxicity.. or at least the one i saw with the same lineup was

  • @DanzUtubes Hell yeah! I saw that tour, too, back in 99 in Tempe, AZ! So AWESOME!

  • @DanzUtubes who is incubus and system of a down?

  • @azrial4421 don't say that, incubus is a great band... very versatile. Its a totally different game :D

  • soo goodddd

  • dude how old is this?

  • Me encanta como trabajan la estética en cada presentación... incluso hasta la forma del micrófono encaja con la canción

  • I think it's always tough to ever understand anything Mike Patton says. However, he makes it work so well. Truly brilliant. Does anyone else have a hard time understanding what he is saying?

  • in god hates a coward all i hear is bebebebebe and kawhakwahawlaha

  • I notice he changes the lyrics to 'so be pissed'. great song

  • lol sounds like here in my room!

  • That's what I first thought when I heard it.

    I absolutely love both songs.

  • Holy shit for some reason I never realized that until now.

  • This song is perfect in every way possible.

  • where is the other video this 1 is lame i like this song

  • Who is singing backing vocals from 1:20 to 1:30 ?

The camera doesn't pick it up.

  • I'm guessing it was Trevor Dunn.

  • shit, i need to go to a Mr. Bungle's concert before die!!! they're all genius!!

  • too late they'll never play together again...sorry

  • incredible! Patton's out of tune!! stage monitoring had to be really bad! will they ever be together again? Hope so...

  • @pacvsantos yes, first time i hear him out of tune... i thought it'd be impossible

  • @hiljaisentalvenlapsi

I've always noticed that when he sings in his falsetto voice, he's a little out of tune. But that's not where his natural voice is. Plus the band is always playing fucked up chords behind him so I imagine it'd be hard to zero in on the pitch.

  • rolototototoota

  • Trevor Dunn' song

  • @PinkkMcFly A WOMAN'S WORK IS TREVOR DUNN

  • Clinton on bass!

  • anyone who says incubus sucks should listen to their first 3 albums fungus amongus, enjoy incubus, and science. Its a lot different from their new stuff.

  • this touched my heart!!

    Simply Beatiful!

  • best fucking song ever!! gives me goose bumps every time!!

  • xylophone how cool is that ? ...tre-cool !

  • incubus blows chunks anyway. shut up and listen to the song, numbnuts.

  • activate Godzilla using the Godzilla communicator

  • mike pattons an amazing vocalist.....he sounds exactly like he does in the albums',,,,,,hell he even played the zombies in i am legend

  • And Left 4 Dead ;)

  • And the Darkness. In the game The Darkness

  • and bionic commando

  • that forced vaccination thing has me thoroughly bummed out these days. i mean, how the fuck are we gonna dodge that shit? they're probably gonna throw the resistors into the fema camps right? god damn.. we're doomed.

  • Great post, very funny. I hope you meant it that way Ö

  • probably, which sucks...probably has some sort of mind control in it.

  • so damn cool \m/

  • I love him....he is so good looking wih the white shirt.......

  • inubus rips this intro : here in my room... and also brandon boyd copied mike's voice

  • fuck you...

  • ok... fuck you for what? incubus rips the intro!

  • amo esta cancion!!!!

  • love it..so much!

  • Mike Patton is not aging!

  • This shit is GENIUS

  • Does anyone else realize that Oasis rips this song off with Let There Be Love?

  • I just realized that thanks to your comment. Just 1 doubt. When was the date of release of each song??

  • California was released in 1999.

Incubus... oh wait, nevermind, you could just look it up yourself because, hey, you're on the internet Too! :)

  • @Claude999 Fuck i've gotta liten to it now.

  • @Claude999 I did it!!

  • @Claude999 I really doubt Oasis listens to Bungle.

  • @jek21

They can't figure out how to put the CD in the player :(

    Bungle dick all over Oasis.

  • @Claude999 thats disgusting =/

  • @Claude999 This guy wipe his ass with oasis albums

  • @Claude999 The boss doesnt mind LOLLOL he is the best ...composing writing singing and live performance in every band he is ...he rules and oasis suck so never mind ....

  • @Claude999 Does anyone care what the sick fucks and shitheads known as Oasis do?

  • @Claude999 It could also be said that Bungle ripped this off from John Lennon's 'Imagine'.

  • A very odd unit,.It must be awesome to be a part of that craziness!

  • Nice jump at 3:25 :)

  • BRRRRRAVISSSSSSIMO...

  • My fav Bungle song, beautiful.

  • MGMT didn't even exist when this song was written, dude.

  • este video no es del chino de la bestia? directorio =

  • patton your a god of music, you have had a great life to become who you are

  • ♥

  • Amazing...I'd give anything to be there!

  • Patton is one of the few who truly exploits his talents in all possible ways. His versatility is truly immeasurable...

  • Fuck this is amazing. Patton is so on the ball. Moist!

  • great bungle

  • Best singer on earth period. Sounds just like the album. Hail the Bungle and amazing Patton

  • Mike Patton is one of the SWEETEST people I have ever met, I don't think he alienates people he is just passionate about creating music and if you like it great, if not, piss off and he'll piss you off too because it amuses him

  • you do realise i'm incredibly jealous of you, right?

  • Desde Chile

un gran saludos a la mejor banda y experimental que he escuchado...

    Son incomparables

  • grat band just grat

  • Yeah it sound a little like it but then is just another thing.

  • great song. =]

  • hell yeah!

  • I wish I could have seen Bungle just once.

    They're amazing.

  • I saw them a few times. I remember the 2nd time I saw them at a club in a Chicago suburb in 99. Anyways, they were on the bill with a bunch of upcoming "nu-metal" bands and the audience there was, well.. what you would expect to attend such fair. Bungle was clearly out of place. They opened up with "Simply Beautiful" and Patton sang it as a tenor whilst winking at all the nu-metal college kids who were not amused. It was so amusing and really a great, albeit unappreciated set

  • It's a shame that people can't appreciate talent like Patton's :[

I've heard people say he's a no-talent hack who just makes wacky noises. But really, it is a lot more than that. Half of the background stuff IS him, and people don't even realize. Besides, he really is a fantastic vocalist.

    People are blind...well, def. =/

  • he's totally talented, i just think he alienates people. he doesn't make it easy to like him personally. but he's a true original, a genius so to speak, and he's been so influential it's a catch-22.

  • @LadyVierra

    The mass is a mess......

    MP fans rocks

  • Was that on the SnoCore tour? My buddies and I caught them on that tour and Mike totally played-up their weird placement among the other bands. Instead of ignoring that they weren't quite "like the rest of them," he made it campy by, well, what else... wearing a little sailor boy's uniform!

  • Patton= God

  • just been scanning the comments

    where is this?

  • pattons got some fuckin skill

  • As a musician, songwriter and also former bass-player, I can really relate to this song. Anyone who's ever gone from happy amateur to at least bitter semi-proffessional recognize the loss of innocence when one realizes how hollow the music world is and how much you have to sell your soul and not really care about your art.

I've alwayws wonder how Trevor feels about Mike singing his lyrics (especially since he wrote, in my opinion, some of Bungle's best songs and lyrics).

  • Damn, I hate it when I notice typos after I've posted a message.

I know how to speak/write english, really. :P

  • lern 2 enlish plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • el intro es de let there be love, es un plagio

  • You can't find the meaning behind 90% of bungle.

    You can't.

Mike patton has said he wrote the lyrics for the sound of the music.

Granted he didn't write this, but it's not about the dumb shit you guys seem to think 0.o.

    He didn't kill his girl.

    That's retarded.

    Shut up.

  • or maybe he says that so you wont assume what it means faggot? yeah. STFU virgin.

  • "or maybe he says that so you wont assume what it means faggot? yeah. STFU virgin."

And PenguinJesus once again presents, an idiot of youtube.

  • ""or maybe he says that so you wont assume what it means faggot? yeah. STFU virgin." And PenguinJesus once again presents, an idiot of youtube." or maybe he says that so you wont assume what it means faggot? yeah. STFU virgin." The idiot rambles on, as we sit and laugh at them. Ha-ha Ha-ha Ha. Ha. ... Ha. (Seriously LMFAO NOOB)
  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    Posted to my own comment.

This is what being talking to that idiot did to me =/ melted my brain.

  • ...you're both idiots

  • that makes 3 of us

  • I find alot of meaning behind their lyrics... it just depends on the song. California is FULL of meaning. Their older shit is just bullshit obviously, but California's titles very much have meaning.

  • True enough.

Shall we groove to mr.bungle together?

  • I'm going to have to disagree on their older shit being bullshit... Travolta & My Ass Is On Fire are MEGA-MEANINGFUL, so don't knock the inventors or I'll pour cod salad down your bootstrap felch machine, niggardly sweat beast

  • I think you know what I mean. And obviously I mean no disrespect and Patton would probably say it's ALL garbage.

  • Has nobody here heard "Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny?"

  • I have. It's not bad, but it's not on the same level as the studio work. It's not as mature (funny word to use when describing Mr. Bungle) as the rest of their work.

  • YES I HAVE IT IT OWNS

  • Lyrically, yeah, ok, so not really much deeper meaning (for the most part). But to declare older Bungle as "bullshit" is preposterous.

  • Dont take it so literally.

  • fair enough...
