I think it's good to have a strategic game for Halo. I think it would be a good idea to make a game with some 1st person shooter mission and some 3rd person strategy fighting, as well as a game mode which is 8v8, 4 of your team are 3rd person and will create marines and vehicles, then send a few squads into battle whilst the other 4 are first person, and drive vehicle or go on foot to lead the other squads into battle against your enemy, creating an ultimate battle....

@Kenisi1 well. That makes sense but when Truth says to Thel 'and become the arbiter'. He makes it sound like he's being promoted and demoted at the same time in a way. He's promoted in the sence that he can go in to battle again and can command some allies around but he is kind of also demoted in a way as his missions are a suicidal which is also a sentence to death. But I guess it could be a task or role as all arbiters had a specific task of killing then dying.

@lDGlHax0r Yeah, that´s it, but him being sent to death-sentenced missions doesn´t demote him, he could be the equivalent to a Colonel and still be sent to suicidal missions, that wouldn´t mess with his rank by itself, but it is very demoralizing, knowing the most honorable task you can perform can and will get you killed.

That's because it's a different Arbiter. I you pay attention to the Halo 2 videos, he was never the Arbiter until after the first halo was destroyed 20 years after the plot of Halo Wars, where he's demoted for failing his mission and then forced into being the Arbitor in halo 2 & 3.

Not really. He's made the Arbiter as a punishment more than anything. The Prophets directly command the Arbiter, usually for highly dangerous tasks, kinda like the Mission Impossible team, so to speak.

SPOILER ALERT:DO NOT read if you havn't finished the game. The Arbiter is killed in the end by Forge and this is staged 20 years BEFORE the next Arbiter was chosen. In the battle of Reach most of the Spartans died. Others were on other missions. Master Chief (Spartan 117) was the only one that escaped. Read the books.
