Hey Stacy! Just wanted to say that personally I don't believe in depriving myself...I find that the more I deprive myself when I have a craving, the more I am apt to binge...you only ate 5 chocolates! I don't think there is anything wrong with that at all...
Seems like you are doing great so far! Some day I hope to get REALLY serious about my weight loss!
yeah i guess that is the key to eat small amounts of food,portion control is key. Also drinking water. That is what happened to me, i never ate fastfood, but when i started working, i fell into that trap and the weight began
so your not doing weight watchers right? cause it kinda sounds like you are. Happy Valentines Day! Yeah the thing about the chocolate is, it is good in the moment, and then it's like, darn, why did i eat that!!! but oh well, you had it and you move on. We have to do that sometimes anyways, that is what has been taught to me about trying to eat healthy. Ok so thanks for the video and i have been trying to eat healthy since monday. My weakness is DR. PEPPER!! YUM!!
nope...no weight watchers..i eat when i want ..i don't count points..i just went back to what ilearned as a kid from my mom... i know what to eat...i just havent followed it...thats part of why i got heavy...
Hey, I think it's a good thing that you had that feeling after eating the chocolate. It's all about wanting and choosing to eat healthy and moving away from just doing it because you "have to". I think it shows you're on the right track to changing your lifestyle. I on the other hand, will eat much, much chocolate today. ;)
you are so right..the chocolates actually never made it out of the house but I didnt have any more...I was really proud of myself for having the willpower...
