@AppleSliceMusic I can't tell if they're plastic. They could be. Or: They could be glass. To assemble them, he had choices: There are welders for glass AND plastic. Like welding metal, but lower temperature, and be much more careful. Instead of a metal rod, you use a glass/plastic rod to "braise". Then too, there are special glues you can buy. You glue 2 bottles together, then 1 more, and so on... He puts them in right side up. They're not full. They may spill later, off camera.

If he used the same type of bottle it would be pretty easy to make a chart of how many milliliters are needed to make each note. Start with a dry instrument, use a beaker and chart and tune it up. Three minutes tops if he knew what he was doing
