in the philipeans they take fertilized eggs and allow the hen to sit on them for a few days before burying them in the mud. the results is like that but with a half formed embroyo inside. The residents of the PI call it Baluut. btw they used them as motivators during the shell back ceremony for crossing the equator. mashed baluut in a plate shoved into your face while you were in the stocks. the odor and flavor improved after several others vomited into the plate. ahhh the good ole days !

I can't believe their making such a big deal out of this. A lot of people eat this. I think its very stupid of you to try and eat it by itself. It is not meant to be eaten straight. It's like a condiment. Think about ketchup on hot dog or the soy sauce on your sushi. You don't just drink the sou sauce out of the bottle do you?

In our local Oriental Supermarket they have Duck Tongues, a whole frozen packet filled with duck tongues, just raw frozen meat of tongues cut out of ducks, this video has tempted me to go buy them haha
