  • I'm guessing that you gave up or didn't lose weight cause its been almost 2 months and no update whatsoever. =(

  • 2 things...be careful of salt, especially in low cal soups...adds water weight. And working out builds muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Weight is irrelevant...make a list of your measurements and compare bi-weekly.

  • Try Jillian Michaels and also theres a great website called bodyrock.tv that has a ton of quick and intense workouts that work very well :)

  • check if your area has recreation center. I joined one at $70 a year versus a gym monthly membership. The rec center(well ours) has all the state of the art equipment as well as courts, pools, games, etc.

  • dont forget muscle weighs more than fat!

  • definitely check out Jillian Michaels DVDs 30 day shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and No More Trouble Zones are my favs from her.. they're tough but she is amazing!

  • Great video! I have a quote on my desktop, I'm not sure where it's from but it goes:

    "It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks. Don't quit"... I just kind of thought it was motivational to keep going. Hope it helps!

  • i'm not sure if you can get this in the US but the Ministry of Sound - Pump it Up dvd is awesome! it's dance based so it's super fun, has great music and works you out really good! xoxo Caitlin

  • my weight always fluctuates too! haha... to avoid frustration stay off the scale for awhile and go by how you feel and how your clothes are fitting :) i want to get that tone it up dvd!
