Wow, I am overwhelmed! I have two kids, I'm "Mr. Mom", and I work a full time job on the weekends putting in around 36-40 hours in three days. I would love to learn to fly but I believe money would and time would be the major factors in the decision of weather or not I could do this. Thank you for the video, it was very informative. Stay safe and don't crash.
@heroineworshipper The audio works fine on my computer. As for helicopters being too expensive for serious flying... try landing an airplane on an oil rig and see what it ends up costing! Our helicopter students are either successful guys who can well afford $300+/hour or young people training for a career as a professional helicopter pilot.
Thank you Mr. Greenspun, this was very informative. I found this video through your website (which by the way, is also extremely informative), which I came across while looking for local information on flight schools and personal aviation.
I am definitely going to consider ECAC when I decide to join.
Get that cute office manager a flat lcd screen for her desktop computer! :-)

A helicopter introductory flight would be fun but helicopters are too expensive for any serious flying. No audio at 4:15 unfortunately.

Wow. Alot has changed since I worked there in 2001 and 2002. I see they still have the big comfortable leather couch. Adam was a great boss.
