It appears that way, as you have already 'bought' it, therefor the PSNStore does not remove it, as if something happened to happen, you could still get it even if it got removed by accident. Everyone who already have the VP, will see that it is still available for download, even though it's not.

It says in the video.. It's DownLoadable Content (DLC), which is only available for a short period of time (being valentine). It is currently not available, but will most likely be re-released for the same period of time, just as all other Festive DLC's have been.

Ummm, I do believe while the camera is zoomed in at your sackboy/girl and you have a sticker or something to attach, then pressing R1 or L1 will make it turn around.

u can download them in the valentine pack for free and its a decoration so u have to put it on you

It's useful to the people who bought the pack when it was out. And that's a pretty large number of people. Also, instead of using angel wings you could use the bat wings from the monster pack? I'm just trying to improvise here. ;)
