Does it not occur to some of you that his voice may just be fucking tired? Skill doesn't always figure into it. The voice is a muscle and like all muscles it can become fatigued. If you listen to the early records and EP's he sounds essentially the same so he was capable of singing that way all along. He has built up some more endurance over the years and learned to utilize techniques that preserve his tone throughout a show. And I say that the surgery helped him!

No, it's Want. Watch the DVD MOL. Sounds like you never watched it. Fuzz Mike and Dan already had the instrumentals to the song. All they needed is vocals. David answered an ad in the local newspaper in Chicago and they loved how he sang yet they did not want it to be a dead giveaway that they loved him. So they said they will give him a call once they decided if they wanted him in the band or not.

Go watch MOL. DWTS is NOT their first song.

No it really is not...you clearly never heard the story about David looking for band auditions when he came across Dan, Fuzz, and Mike's ad in the paper for the need to have a lead singer. They already had the instrumental's down for Want.....David answered....met with them...listened to the track for about a minute and had the lyrics for want already written down and he used them for that very first audition. Go watch the M.O.L DVD.

No..you're wrong....it is "Want"...you clearly never heard about Disturbed's origin. Dan, Mike, and Fuzz placed an ad in the "Illinois Entertainer" which David ended up answering. He met with them and they had already done the instrumental for "Want"...and let David listen to it for about a minute. David had lyrics that he had previously written and those lyrics are the lyrics you hear in "Want". They then started jamming together and it all clicked right then and there. Watch the MOL DVD.

triggers are electric modules that attatch to the edge of the batter head (the side you hit) of a drum and send an electric signal to an amp that "triggers" a certain sound, it's useful b/c it allows you to get a perfect sound out of your drums, most drummers, mainly metal drummers, use triggers on their bass drums b/c bass drums are low pitched and often get lost in the mix when playing along side loud distorted guitars, and it also allows you to play faster w/o having to hit as hard
