He is constantly exposing the abuse but he stops there. He doesn't focus on the solutions, only the problems. The intent is to get us riled up. To what end?

you do not answer the name, you act as agent for the stated name. If they wish to address anyone you can take your birth certificate so you know who they are addressing. Hope this clears it up for you. If you are a Freeman, i guess you could plead your not the person, which would actually be right. The highest court would not contest.

if u hear the speach of dadda bush from sep 11 91 <--- exactly 10 yrs to the day prior hmm...anyway, dadda says 'a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle governs the conduct of nations' but in order to know what the rule of law is, you have to learn some of it. ironic thing is they DO THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE and act as law of the jungle since they got the guns and take our money, so what they say goes. Rule of law is stuff like Legal Maxims.

The rule of law basically means that the law is what rules, not people. This means that those that make, judge, and enforce the law are bound to it as much as everyone else. The rule of law is synonymous with equality before the law. Nobody is above the law. This has implications to majority/minority fights. The rule of law should protect the minority from the vote of the majority to first protect equality before the law. It's a big topic..

thank you so in theory it should be a good thing but i doubt it coz it does away with human emotions eg that austrian guy i forget his name he inprisoned his daughter raped her and fathered her children stroke his grandchildren he is evil i mean really evil and sick well coz of the law he might only face three years with good behavour in prison coz no one is above or below the law and the law rules a simple example but is that what you mean ?

Well thats part of it. The people still make the laws and decide the punishment as long as the person being accused did something to somebody else. If the law says that man should get life in prison then that is what he gets. The point is, if that guy was a judge or a cop, they would get the same thing that a normal person would. There is no special treatment under the ideal rule of law. It doesn't define the actual punishments. It does not do away with human emotions, just establishes standards

yes but the law is not always just and has many loop holes and does not always serve us well so to say no one is above the law is wrong coz as we know there are many behind the scenes that are above the law

hehe, well you have to destinguish between the theory and the reality of implementation. There is no perfect system because there are no perfect people. There is only different potentials for success. The very idea of rule of law is that those people aren't supposed to be behind the scenes above the law. The fact that there are doesn't mean rule of law is wrong, it means that the rule of law is not being followed and thats why these guys are calling for it.
