i know this kid! he water skiis in the hydroflights! he can also barefoot backward!!!!!! i just learned how to slalom ski. It only took me 3 tries to get it! but anyway this kid rox!!!!

@derkakid1 depends on your weight and if your doing tricks....if you go backwards it needs to go a little slower.....for that idk his speed.....probablyyyyy.....37 mph

@derkakid1 - Take your weight divide by 10 then Add 20! 150/10 = 15 + 20 = 35. This is just a guide good/poor form will affect your buoyancy AND how much water you take to the face! You never really know until you try.

dude not to sound like a know all but when he goes for his toe hold tell him to turn his handle and pull his shoulders back it will give him better stability so he doesnt wobble trying to get the foot in the hold

@obaliskofpower Very Good point on turning the handle, However shoulders back would be poor form and cause you to plow. So you would want to crunch forward and put your hands in front of the handle. you will see a good example in Brodys 8yr old video when it gets posted.

barefooting is easy on a bar or short rope like brody's doing but to barefoot on the long rope directly behind the boat is the hardest as the rope doesnt pull up like on a bar. this kd is talented and will do extremly well i give him my best wishes! keep on it not in it!

barefooting isn't really that hard to learn. i got up on my first try and went all the way around our lake. If you learn from someone who has already done it, it's not problem. However, this kid is doing some pretty technical stuff..
