The charger is a State Police vehicle. The rear license plate is the new MSP plate with the shoulder patch on the left and blue numbers.

oh that explains why.... i thought it was a city unit and there is no way a city unit needs that.

Also slicktop MA State Police vehicles come from the outfitters with only 3 dual talons in the rear window. This Trooper actually spent his own money and bought 2 more dual talon, removed the one from the front windshield and moved it to the rear, and bought the 2 TIR3 for the license plate. It's not that uncommon for Troopers to do this in MA.

Ah nice nice. Around here the state patrol doesnt add anything cause they do not need much. They get by with an avenger in the dash and a dominator r/ambers/b in the rear.
