I just bought Medieval 2 total war...and im currently downloading rome total war.

Can you please tell me if or how i can put the games on an external hard drive and play them...or reduce the memory as much as possible...by the way..this game looks AWESOME!! :D

Put textures up to high.

Unit details medium/high(laggs a bit)

you should do fine!but for the zoom..hehe...dunt even dream of zooming till the face of ur unit..(never happenes,they adjust the zoom in editing programs)

I could probably say that you could run Medieval 2: Total War. Not sure about Empire: Total War, but Empire is a far better graphic than Medieval (As in, need better graphic card than Medieval 2). Try some demo to see if they will work.

the only problem is if you don't have any artillery because otherwise its almost always a pain winning a seige battle

i know i was seigeing a rebell city and he came out with his troops to fight me, i hade no siege works. So i killed like every one of his men exept a group of 5 that ran in the town and closed the gates and all my archers were out of ammo so i was forced to withdraw i was so pissed

definitly not , Med 2 and Rome TW are some of the best strategy games i've ever played. Beside's COD 5 is'nt half as good as COD 4 , Its not even that good of a shooter.

Well a castle is more for troops defence, its basicly like a huge barracks. Citys are more income like a big city.

when sieging a city i always get 4 ladders then after theyre trained i attack and use the ladders to get all my infantry on the wall, once they open the gate, i charge throguhw ith cavalry and hat usually works :)

As far as I know, upon merging with Gamestop, EB started to back off of the used PC game policy. To my knowledge, it was completely abolished. So what you're buying shouldn't be used. Anyway, if it is and it is scratched, EB/Gamestop has a good return policy on used products. Plus, you dont need the cd key to play, only to play online. And honestly, very few people play this game online.

I don't remember. I think it does. What I do know, is that it doesn't check the CD key against anything. You can enter all '0's and it will work fine. Just not online.

I'd just have my siege weapons gaurded by missle troops and my infantry men and cavalry make numerous raids on the outsides of the walls, wait till it crumbles a bit, send more raids in through the hole, wait until these raids leave the enemy less of an oponent and finish him.

you need a pretty good graphics card if you want the graphics

and around 6 gb i think for the full game

if you want the expansion, then you need around 12 gb total
