  • Simply beautiful, especially the white one....

  • I went to school here.

    Yes they FEED the peacocks.

They also make a really terrible noise at the most

inconvenient times... sort of like when you have to stop a

conversation for the train to pass by....

But yes, they are quite beautiful.

  • I like that wacky noise they make! It is somewhere between a turkey gobble and a bicycle horn . . .

  • doe anyone feed this beauties? or are their stomacks at the mercy of the civilized world where seeds that fall from other birds buts are the only sourve of food? Let me know someone would you? What does a peakock eat?

  • I notice that they like to forage for insects in the grass - and they are very fond of the peanuts that I and other visitors like to toss out for them.

Also, I'm pretty sure the folks at the Cathedral make sure they get plenty of chow.

  • the white pecaock's tail is very long! i love them cause the tail is long so when it is open very veri big!

  • Yes, very big and beautiful.

  • awesome

  • Peacock!^.^

  • I LOV THEM,

  • that is a good peacock! i wonder how it makes its spots show! that is !@#4%^&8(0

  • The first peacock in the video, the blue and green one, had it's tail feathers plucked by some naughty neighborhood kids - it happened when the peacock wandered off the Cathedral grounds and took a stroll down Broadway!

  • I 've noticed if you walk away they alway point at you with the feathers. Becaaause if you look from the side their feathers seem small?

So they turn to face you.

  • I raise peacocks, and they are realy hardy birds that can deal with cold weather. When it gets freezing, put them in a shed or "peacock house" stufed with straw, they should be ok.

  • There everywhere it seems, my ex ran into some in florida and they where friendly she said. she said they showed their feathers but not in a back off way or in defense, almost like it was trying to befriend her or show off lol

  • they scare me.. when they have there feathers up and warning you off

  • Oh they're not necessarily warning you off, they could be showing off or flirting with you!

  • Dude, Peacocks are the fucking shit man. Them and Penguins.

  • That white one is AWESOME! I bet that had to cost a fortune!

  • My daughter, who is now 20, has raised peacocks since she was 6. My son hand raised 2 (because mom wouldn't take care of them) when he was 12. He actually had one that would sit on the handle bars of his bicycle and ride aroud the yard. They are amazing animals!

  • dude.

    peacocks fucking attack.

i was attacked by one when i was younger.

im like dead afraid of them now.

  • These peacocks don't attack - they are very accustomed to being around humans. If you get a chance to see these ones, you just might lose your fear of them!

  • Is the first place the peacock walks near the fountain or is it in the back?

  • Fountain? There isn't a fountain in the Cathedral close . . . that's in front of the Cathedral House, in the area to the south of the Cathedral.
