i made all rolls from steel. main drive roll is made from ~260mm dia steel tube
none are rubberised. belt doesnt slip. i can stop the motor if i push steel hard enough to belt.

I BELIEVE THAT UNLESS THE DIAMETER OF THE WORKING WHEEL OR BEARING, WHERE HE NOTCHES , IS CHANGED , YOU CAN ONLY WORK WITH THE DIAMETER IN AND AROUND THE TUBING HE IS USING.
